Each restaurant feels like a culinary experience on its own ,from fresh seafood by the beach to delicious Turkish specialties and international dishes that rival any top restaurant

The rooms are modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, with thoughtful touches that make you feel at home , from plush bedding to stocked minibars and amazing sea views. The food is simply exceptional

Whether it was a refreshing drink offered by the pool, a friendly chat at breakfast, or the attentiveness of the housekeeping team, everything was done with warmth and professionalism

We did encounter a mix-up with our room booking, but to the hotel's credit, they handled it professionally and sorted it out straight away. The Highlights • The Grounds: Absolutely stunning

Even though the main restaurant was busy, it is large enough that we never had an issue finding a table immediately. • Entertainment: We found the entertainment program to be engaging and well-executed

We were here on October and enjoyed it much. Hotel is located in an amazing place. We had a very nice and modern room with sea view. We liked the food and entertainment. Candyland is a paradise for kids

On multiple occasions, we weren't even acknowledged after ordering, leading to long, awkward waits just to be served. Final Verdict While the hotel itself is physically beautiful, I wouldn’t return

In my opinion, the staff and the level of hospitality are what truly make a holiday memorable. Between the Candyland closure and the poor service at the bar, it just didn't hit the mark for us

While we were offered the option to switch resorts, it was so close to our travel date that we decided to stick with it—though it definitely put a dampener on our expectations

Service in the restaurant was poor in the evening - generally you had to clean a table to sit down and eat and when you asked for water/cutlery etc a lot of the time ignored or forgotten about so had to end up getting your own

Room had a mini bar that was replenished with beers and soft drinks daily

Roof top bar was fantastic and we had the timings down well so always managed to get a table (there is probably only about 10 tables). Bar staff there were brilliant too, couldn't fault them

One double bed and one single pull out bed for 2 adults and 9 year old twins. Meant we had one child in our bed the entire holiday. Not great but we made the most of it

Food however was very good and varied. We always found something to eat and found it to be well cooked and fresh

Mosquitoes here are rife so if you do have a sensitivity take EVERYTHING with you. We found shops both in the hotel and Bodrum itself to be astronomically expensive

Always plenty of food to eat. The hotel was so good that we have booked for next year

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful especially Hussein the animation team member and Yusuf the barman. The food was a solid 10/10, and the entire hotel was spotless

The food isn't particularly outstanding, but in Turkey where food is generally unpalatable, the all-inclusive meals at the hotel suddenly seem quite filling

In addition to three meals a day, there's afternoon tea with burgers, coffee, and pizza—eat as much as you like. This is perfect for a few days' stay where you can completely relax and not plan to go anywhere

Yassine in the animation was awesome getting the dancing going and constantly smiling. Food was good for an all inclusive and plenty to eat whatever time of day

It was okay - the hotel looks new from a distance, but the facilities are worn out, especially at the beach and around the pool, where the loungers and chairs are quite old. The food is typical all-inclusive

We were very pleased with the hotel. The food and beverage quality was good. Only the shower water in the room was not very hot, but the Turkish bath and sauna were nice. The staff were attentive and we liked it.

Even the Hilton DoubleTree maintains its standards, boasting a private beach where you can snorkel and swim in clear water. There's also a swimming pool, and the rooms are individual villas nestled in the garden

Pepsi and other drinks are only available at the bars; they're not freely available. Ice cream is available from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Overall, a solid 5-star rating. Thank you, it was a fantastic vacation!

A big huge hotel and there's no rush for breakfast, lunch or dinner time,because everyone has many other options: pizza bar, burger bar, lahmacun bar, fish restaurant, open buffets, etc. You can eat all sort of foods too

Absolutely amazing experience at this resort! From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome made us feel truly special. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which added so much comfort to our stay

Every single staff member was not only professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. I was impressed to see how supportive the General Manager was, always standing by his team and leading by example

We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and it was an unforgettable experience! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The entertainment was fantastic – we had so much fun and never felt bored

The situation with the serving was really bad at all restaurants and beach bars

However we expected all restaurants to be open in September but were told that both seafront restaurants, Catch and a prime cut were closed due to wind however when I pressed them over this I was told it’s as the season has ended

The food at the restaurants were quite good and tasty. The service was absolutely terrible. Always the tables at dinner were not clean, chairs were stained. Long waiting times to get a drink or anything

Food in the main restaurant and the à la carte restaurant Zaatar was excellent. However, the service varied – some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others looked like they really didn’t want to be there

Some constructive notes: • The food prices felt too high 🍽️, especially considering such bookings should ideally include more meals like other luxury resorts

When we arrived at the villa, everything was beyond expectations: absolute peace and quiet 🕊️, comfort 😌, cleanliness ✨, and a stunning view 🌴. The overall atmosphere was luxurious and dreamy 🌟

• The resort was extremely quiet 😴 — while that’s relaxing, it would be great to add some fun activities or light entertainment 🎶 to make the experience more complete

We had a great stay at the resort. Our villa was spacious and well designed. Staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. Special thanks to reception team for the surprise! We will definitely come back

We had originally booked a garden-view villa with a pool, but the staff kindly upgraded us to a larger and more beautiful sea-view villa 🌊, with a very generous discount 💰 — definitely a great gesture that deserves recognition

Only notice can be given on lack of English proficiency of the staff (nevertheless very sincere and polite!) and lack of synchronization with the kitchen (sometimes you get main meal and then the soup)

for such a low price I experienced a hotel and start that I would have paid 10x more for. from start to finish the constant attention to detail and there customers was honourable

There were many other staff too but I did not get all their names, still they were all good. We also kept going to the patisserie area. There was this lady with short blonde hair who was always there

We stayed at The Norm Collection Door’a Bodrum for 5 days and it was really exceptional. From the start everything felt nice and welcoming. The staff were all very kind and always trying to help

In the main restaurant Ibrahim the supervisor was very friendly and my son liked him a lot. He always made sure we were okay during meals. Mevlüt also was very kind and helpful

We went during quiet season and some restaurants were closed but the main buffet restaurant was outstanding in terms of variety and really good quality

The facilities, food and drink are excellent quality and you feel like you are in great hands with a fabulous team - Berken, Secil and Asya were very helpful with answering our questions and arranging things for us

We love lunch’s at Peoples overlooking the beach and taking the odd taxi into Bodrum. Thank you for another relaxing stay!

We’ve stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum multiple times and it never disappoints

The beach area is lovely and the water sports facilities were a highlight

Rixos Love Room was clean,spacious with a beautiful view ! Staff was professional and very helpful with a great attitude.

The complex is not huge, but offers plenty of options, so it’s great for couples, families, or older guests. Food is amazing and the meal schedule is so good, because every hour in a day you can eat and drink something

Sarpedor is definitely worth the price – in fact, we feel it’s worth even more. The best holiday we’ve ever had and a honeymoon to remember! Highly recommended, and we will definitely come back

We spent 8 days at Sarpedor Hotel for our honeymoon and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel is full of greenery and flowers, which makes the atmosphere calm, natural, and relaxing

We also went parasailing, rode jet skis, airstream, that was the best fun for us. There are many water activities near the hotel and you can check that with staff

One night there was live music, and it was very nice. There is also table tennis, which is on the way to the beach so you can have quick fun there

The workers of the cleaning rooms they're don't it cleanings well the toilet floors so dirty and to slippery
