Beautiful resort with great staff. The pool is stunning, and the views are great. The food at the restaurant was also good, however it would have been nice to have some more authentic Turkish dishes to choose from

If anything, we’d welcome the pool being heated (water was too cold for our liking) and maybe better food selection for lunch. The dinner restaurant and the two waiters were fantastic

The spa was nice too, with an indoor pool, sauna steam room, however the jacuzzi you cannot access unless you get one of the services that offer it

Constantly have wait to order a drink -ordered 2 beers to my room from the bar and they never arrived -called reception and asked for towels, they never came -they charge extra for drinking water in the room -i asked for the hotel service vehicle to pick me up from the beach club and it never came

Massage was good too however it would have been nice to create a slightly better ambience for the massage room (i. Overall everything was really good and people were super friendly

We really enjoyed our week in this hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, beautiful view, clean rooms, well-equipped gym, pleasant spa

The two if us had the most amazing time at this hotel, the staff are incredible- always happy to help! The pool is amazing with great views of Bodrum, and massive spa with big pool, sauna, steam and massages! Feeling fully relaxed after a fab week! The location is phenomenal, the facilities are great, the food was delicious and the amazing staff are the cherry on top of a wonderful place. We cannot wait to return to these guys!

Lovely rooms with space to chill and spread out. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Its a bit far to walk from Bodrum central as its mainly uphill

We absolutely loved our stay here and was very sad to leave when our trip came to an end

That said, because of its location you do have full Panasonic view of Bodrum

The staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive especially Mustafa - he was lovely and very helpful! My room was clean however the toilet wasn’t great which was quite off putting however the room was spacious with all the amenities I could have needed

Hotel is accessible to major places with a short inexpensive taxi rides; Bitez beach and board walk has many second to none clean restaurants. Wanted to stay four days in the hotel but ended up staying 11 days

The hotel grounds are green, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean everywhere. There are cats on the property, but they only add a special vibe to the hotel. Even the cats behave with dignity — just like the staff

We were here on October and enjoyed it much. Hotel is located in an amazing place. We had a very nice and modern room with sea view. We liked the food and entertainment. Candyland is a paradise for kids

Even though the main restaurant was busy, it is large enough that we never had an issue finding a table immediately. • Entertainment: We found the entertainment program to be engaging and well-executed

On multiple occasions, we weren't even acknowledged after ordering, leading to long, awkward waits just to be served. Final Verdict While the hotel itself is physically beautiful, I wouldn’t return

In my opinion, the staff and the level of hospitality are what truly make a holiday memorable. Between the Candyland closure and the poor service at the bar, it just didn't hit the mark for us

Service in the restaurant was poor in the evening - generally you had to clean a table to sit down and eat and when you asked for water/cutlery etc a lot of the time ignored or forgotten about so had to end up getting your own

Roof top bar was fantastic and we had the timings down well so always managed to get a table (there is probably only about 10 tables). Bar staff there were brilliant too, couldn't fault them

One double bed and one single pull out bed for 2 adults and 9 year old twins. Meant we had one child in our bed the entire holiday. Not great but we made the most of it

Mosquitoes here are rife so if you do have a sensitivity take EVERYTHING with you. We found shops both in the hotel and Bodrum itself to be astronomically expensive

It’s only 5 hours, which is why even after you come back you can still enjoy some time by the pool, and the guys who organise it are perhaps the most amazing people we met here in Turkey

Even the Hilton DoubleTree maintains its standards, boasting a private beach where you can snorkel and swim in clear water. There's also a swimming pool, and the rooms are individual villas nestled in the garden

It was okay - the hotel looks new from a distance, but the facilities are worn out, especially at the beach and around the pool, where the loungers and chairs are quite old. The food is typical all-inclusive

We were very pleased with the hotel. The food and beverage quality was good. Only the shower water in the room was not very hot, but the Turkish bath and sauna were nice. The staff were attentive and we liked it.

In addition to three meals a day, there's afternoon tea with burgers, coffee, and pizza—eat as much as you like. This is perfect for a few days' stay where you can completely relax and not plan to go anywhere

It's especially great for those traveling by car because parking is incredibly easy

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum in Turkey for a week-long family vacation, and we had an excellent time! The resort is set in a beautiful bay, offering gorgeous views that made for a stunning backdrop each day

The facilities, food and drink are excellent quality and you feel like you are in great hands with a fabulous team - Berken, Secil and Asya were very helpful with answering our questions and arranging things for us

We went during quiet season and some restaurants were closed but the main buffet restaurant was outstanding in terms of variety and really good quality

During the days at the pool there was no fight for sunbeds, a good quiet atmosphere but one which also allowed for kids play, and a very chilled environment

The hotel itself is amazing, the pool is fantastic, the rooms are brilliant and all of the staff are very polite and helpful when needed! We used the hotel as a base for visiting Pamukkale, Kos and the surrounding Bodrum area and then returning back to the luxurious pool and brilliant evening meal after long trips away

30/6pm most nights as they were clearing up and trying to set tables. It was still sunny and the sign at the pool actually said it closed at 7pm. After a long day out driving that extra hour would have been great

We relied on the shop over the road but a small drinks fountain or similar would have made life with two kids a lot easier We felt pressured to leave the pool by 5

Rooms are super clean, well air-conditioned, staff is very kind and helpful. Swimming pools are pretty large, clean water. Food is just out of this world. Huge variety of salads, fresh meats, pastries etc

In the first year excellent Wi-Fi was possible around the seaside pool bar but not the last time. Wi-Fi works excellent near the “warm” reception desk

Our family had a wonderful 7 day vacation at the Izer Hotel. We particularly enjoyed the pools some of the activites like beach vollyball. The staff were extremely friendly too

Just great! We (65+) are going there for the 3th time. I heard that some guests where visiting this hotel already for the 10th time or even more!! No complaints whatever or it is Wi-Fi

A lot of watersports possible, jetski, parasailing, ringo, and so on. Also, Bodrum is easily reachable by bus (only 2 euro!). We've again booked this year! See you on June 30th!

At night there is nice love music and cocktails by the pool which overlooks the sea. The staff was very friendly and attentive
