i had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the staff was friendly and helpful from the first moment. the rooms were clean and comfortable and everything was well organized. the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. i would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again

Great hotel great ambiance! Absolutely loved the hotel. Especially the staff at the hotel; Erdi Kanik and Berkay were super helpful super sweet. Rooms were also really clean, overall the hotel is very clean.

The hotel truly lacks any trace of its former charm. It was once a popular destination for artists and businesspeople, but now everything you touch is falling apart. The lack of maintenance is evident everywhere. Furthermore, we experienced a power outage for about an hour today. The air conditioning is inadequate, the garden and landscaping are neglected, and the edges of the wooden furniture are moldy. The hotel is in dire need of renovation. Overall, I cannot recommend it.

Hotel is one of the best hotels located in Bitez, one of the best towns in the city of Bodrum. It is on the hills with breath taking view of Aegean Sea. Hotel is accessible to major places with a short inexpensive taxi rides; Bitez beach and board walk has many second to none clean restaurants. Wanted to stay four days in the hotel but ended up staying 11 days. If you like luxury restaurant go to hotel’s the club and bars restaurant. If you want to inexpensive high quality food go to “Bitez Koftecisi” with 5 min taxi rides. Don’t forget to delicious ice cream in Bitez Dondurma. Hotel staff is excellent, friendly and they do extra. Hotel is free parking. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who is looking for a quality vacation. This resort is extremely nice. I travel the world, in Turkey a lot and this hotel is really one of the best when you look at Location, Price, Service and the people are lovely. For instance looking over the bar area’s and specialty drinks is Gokhan and on Service there is Esra who is an absolute sweetheart and Luxme in the SPA for massage it is really a place to come and relax and enjoy.

In general, I won't go again.
Facilities: Here are some suggestions for the air conditioner in the room: You have to turn on the cold air conditioner to blow hot air. I was speechless. I asked the staff to see why it was not warm. He said that you have to turn on the cold air conditioner to blow hot air. I hope to give some suggestions to those who stay later.
Hygiene: The breakfast is terrible and there are few choices. I don't know if there are few guests. Many heating tops are empty. It does not meet the hotel's positioning. It is not as good as a homestay. There are flies.
Environment: The room is not big. I arrived at night and could not see the sea. It is halfway up the mountain. The price-performance ratio is not high. I think it is a bit worse than I expected.
Service: No one helped with the luggage, and the front desk did not speak good English.

The hotel looks like it is newly renovated. Very nice look to it. Good views of the Mediterranean but not close to the beach or anything else. Taxi to old town is about TL300 where the real tourist stuff is.
Breakfast is average at best. Food looks like it's been standing out for a few days.
The restaurant for dinner is very nice. Sushi is great. Any meat dish is not great at all.
Service is OK but it is a real frustration since no one understands English. I would not recommend this place if you can't speak Turkish.

I love the territory of the hotel because it’s surrounded by trees a lot. So natural and the staff so hospitable
Especially the guy who stayed security post every single time when we from parking he welcome us like come to our house and a waitress girl an Indonesian she is lovely and her service.

Me and my husband have just returned from a weeks stay here at Ramada in Bodrum. I have never felt the need to write a review but thought I needed to. Pros- The views from our room were amazing, over looking the sea. The sunsets were beautiful. Room clean. Some staff polite and work tirelessly. Pool lovely and clean. Weather amazing. The Jet2 rep Omar, was very helpful- the first day my hubby lost his phone and he tried to help him find it. The cons- The hotel was packed as it was still Turkish school holidays, note to one’s self always check before. The queues into the restaurant were ridiculous, everyone pushing and shoving in front of you, no manners. Food was average- we’re normally not picky eaters. The food at the pool bar was left out from early morning all day. The al-carte experience was poor, the food was the same at the hotel restaurant only good thing was you didn’t have to stand in the crazy queues. Sun beds hard to find, everyone puts their towels on early and then don’t appear half the day. The music round the pool was so loud all day, you couldn’t hear yourself think. We’re not an old couple 40’s but wow….. The entertainment team work hard but found some quite unprofessional. One of the days they had a foam party and one of them was stood on the hand rails to the steps, diving in when people were stood there. It was packed. Health and safety out the window. I’d of been frightened to death if I had young kids. Kids club went on and on until quite late at night. I ended up with a stomach bug on the 2nd day, so was unable to leave the hotel in fear of needing the toilet, I’m still the same now. 7 days in total. After speaking to a few English people they were the same. This ruined my holiday. I’m not quite sure why none of these complaints have been addressed as you seem to respond with we will look into this. Some of the same complaints dating back are from 2016 with the same issues. I could go on and on. I’m not saying avoid this hotel just be wary. Claire
