We had such a wonderful stay at this family-run boutique hotel! Gulay, the owner, was so warm and welcoming, she made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The hotel is spotless, with so much care clearly put into keeping everything clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic, close to everything you’d want to see, yet still peaceful. What really makes this place special are the people kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stay with genuine hospitality and charm!

Stayed at this summer hotel for 3 days with our 15 MO baby and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The rooms were clean, very spacious, and the staff ,Ms. Gulay, Ms. Aysun, Ms. Kardelen were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the local tomatos and olives. Overall, it’s a great place for families looking for a relaxing summer holiday.

Very beautiful hotel, clean, with positive energy and extremely kind and friendly manager and staff. Close to the beach. We had planned to stay for 4 nights, but it was so attractive that we added another night. I highly recommend this hotel, don't miss it.

Stayed for a short break and found the hotel to be like a home from home. Extremely clean throughout.
Boutique style hotel with owner taking care of us during our stay 👌
Beautifully refurbished throughout with a lovely pool and outside sitting area.
Great traditional Turkish breakfast with homemade börek.
Hotel is a 5 minute walk to Bitez beach offering a wide selection of bars and restaurants.
Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I’d recommend this hotel and we will be coming back to stay again for sure.

It was nice staying there and its very comfortable and the Reception are very welcoming .

We were their a few days ago.14/8 The place was very dirty, the pool as well and the lady which i think is the manager was very unpleasant.Not smiling and as for the rooms were very dirty and smells were coming out of toilet drainings. And the breakfast wasn t very good and the cats were on the chairs and tables.

It is ok. They improved breakfast over the years but they should pay more attention to the cleanliness. There were some very bad stains on the sheets, and it seems under the bed was never cleaned. I dropped an equipment and when I put my hand under the bed it was very filthy. The air conditioning was giving the air bad smell. Shower cabinet was broken and there was no shower caddy. The only trash can was at the bathroom and it was also broken. Location is walking distance to the sea and restaurants. Parking could be problem.
