The service, the rooms, and more specifically, the villas. A little paradise secluded from the hustle and bustle. The beach and private cabanas on the beach. Always fresh food and wonderful music. A delight. If you've stayed at hotels in Turkey and loved everything, then the Villa is next level.

We have visited this private club twice a year and have always appreciated the environment and facilities. Unfortunately, our most recent stay highlighted some recurring challenges that ultimately made us decide not to return. The booking process has consistently been complicated — we’ve never been able to simply use official reservation links, and each stay seemed to require an alternative method or special instructions for payment. For a property of this caliber, a smooth and transparent booking experience should be standard. During this stay, unclear communication and inconsistent policies resulted in a €330 charge for VIP airport access. When discussing the matter with management, the decision was made to proceed with the charge rather than prioritize guest loyalty. While the amount itself is not the concern, the principle and approach to customer care were disappointing. After many repeat visits, it became clear that retaining returning guests was not seen as a priority in this situation. As a result, we will be returning to Max Royal for future stays, where we have always experienced clear communication and consistently attentive service. This property has many strengths, but guest relationship management and booking clarity are areas that would benefit from improvement.

Incredible holiday! We stayed in one of the villas at Club Prive by Rixos Belek and had an outstanding stay. From the moment we arrived the staff treated us like VIPs — they anticipated our every need and happily organized everything we asked for, from restaurant bookings and private cabanas to excursions. The highlight was my son’s 11th birthday: the team filled our villa with balloons and planned a full, fabulous day at Land of Legends with special experiences that made him feel so special. In the evening we enjoyed a lively plate‑smashing dinner at the Greek restaurant — a fun, authentic touch that capped off a wonderful day. Everyone we met was warm, professional and eager to help, which made our stay effortless and truly relaxing. I highly recommend as it’s a perfect family‑friendly resort. A huge thank you to Alena and Rasul, we will be back next year.

Our stay at Rixos belek was nothing less than excellent! The whole experience started as soon as we landed with the premium transfer from thw airport, got to the villa and our concierge was waiting there for us with flowers and champagne. Everyday we had full support from the staff and they were so so helpful and allways with a smile on their faces!!!! Food amazing, loads of activities for children and adults too. There is absolutly nothing I can complain about! Many many thanks to the amazing staff that made our holiday perfect!!! Will sure come back next year!

Overall, I have to say this is one of the best experiences I've had in a hotel. From the beginning right through to the very end, we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We were picked up in a lovely taxi which then took us to our villa. The villa itself was very nice with access to a pool, and we were immediately greeted with flowers. We had a very late night flight but they made us feel very welcome and sorted out our check-ins straight away at the villa itself. We were also able to get room service, and there was access to the club villa to be able to have food whenever we wanted. The service didn't stop here. They had pre-booked us restaurant bookings in the evenings throughout our stay, and we were able to get transport throughout the complex using the buggies. On top of that, all the food was very good and we could get food whenever we wanted. They also went the extra mile by allowing us to be able to use the netball courts even very late at night. I specifically remember Miriam who went far beyond my expectations in order to make sure that we had fully inflated netball balls! The kids absolutely loved their experience, and we would certainly consider coming back. I almost forgot to mention the Land of Legends access was brilliant, and we ended up going twice during our stay. I would highly recommend the Rixos. I had previously stayed at the Rixos in Abu Dhabi and found it equally impressive, especially for the children.

The Best Service We Have Ever Experienced! ​We just returned from a week at Rixos Premium Belek. While the hotel itself is beautiful and large, it was the staff that made our trip so special. No task was too big or too small. They helped us with all our requests, found suitable foods for the ones with dietary requirements, and always had a friendly word for us. The only minus was that allergens in foods were very poorly marked and it caused quite a lot of difficulties, but the staff did their best making special meals for us. ​What really stood out was how they anticipated our needs before we even asked—bringing us cold drinks by the pool on a hot day or surprising us with a special dessert after dinner when celebrating birthday of our family member. A huge thank you to the entire team for making us feel not like guests, but like family.

we visited a multiple of location all over the world, we can ensure you that the service that we faced at club prive Belek was the best ever. the attention to our demands was at a certain level that i was thinking that the team were reading our minds. A big thank you for the team in the club house, especially Lisa and the cocktail maker, additional thanks also to beach club team. The butler team Filiz, Emrah and especially Meriam that was 24 hours waiting for our needs and all the butler team was aware of every and each minute of our stay. Once again thank you. we are waiting for 2026 to come back.

Such a wonderful experience, we enjoyed every minute of it. Staff friendliness, especially the butler service, which was accommodating and available 24/7, one of the butler’s services stood out, Emrah, he made our experience something else.
