Had a free castle view upgrade. Absolutely recommend this hotel ! Ive even come home and recommended this hotel and resort to friends and family who have now booked. My only niggle is that room service is extra charge, we travelled with ND children and the buffet area was quite over wheming so would of been nice for them to be able to eat in room. Food is great , drinks r brilliant, theme park brilliant, even the mini fridge r re stocked everyday and are free! Overall will definitely go back and have already recommended to friends and family that have booked for year ahead.
