This place is awash we went for a vacation in Turkey and this was freaking awesome the service is nice the bedrooms are clean and free wifi and in you hotel room there are free sodas in the fridge, waterpark is amazing and the buffet, Oh MAN it was awesome free ice cream for the evening and night awesome food and there is a bar and everything is competly free. And there are non alcoholic beverages too. I would recommend the sherck non alcoholic cocktail this place is just freaking awesome our tour guide said we can go to mount olypis too

First time at this hotel, observations:
1) The hotel has been undergoing a gradual renovation since 2023: rooms, the main restaurant, some public bathrooms, the children's area + children's restaurant, and the spa complex (including the gym) are already complete and look great. The lobby, hallways, tennis courts, conference rooms (and other similar spaces), coffee shop, pastry shop, and pool bar are lagging far behind. They'll likely be updated later, but for now, that's it.
2) The minibar is basic - cola, Fanta, water, sparkling water, tea, coffee capsules (Nespresso machine in the room), 200ml milk, and juice. Refilled daily.
3) Beautiful grounds with pine trees and a sea breeze, the mountain views are stunning!
4) Since we stayed during the winter concept, the food and entertainment were limited. There were no complaints about the food; you can definitely find something to suit your taste. The evening shows were karaoke-style. The live (guest) vocals were also similar to karaoke. Since the guests were mostly Russian, the songs were also Russian.
5) The alcohol was of average quality.

1. The shower in the room was leaking very badly. 2. The guys at the reception are very polite, and the girls are on their phones and don't notice you. 3. Parking on the premises is apparently occupied by staff cars. 4. Without warning, the waiter turned off the light switch in the children's restaurant and began to defiantly clean up everything, although lunch time was not over yet and two children were eating.
Good things: the waitress (girls) are extremely polite and nice, the pool is clean and warm.

Everything was great!
The food was delicious and varied, the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The rooms were cleaned well, but it depended on who was cleaning that day. Sometimes they didn't clean, so I had to ask, and they only took out the trash and changed the towels.
The grounds are small, but very green and cozy.
The spa is excellent, with a hammam, Finnish sauna, steam room, and swimming pool.
The outdoor pool is heated, but the slides are only open in the morning, but that's not surprising at this time of year.
In the evenings, there's live music/karaoke, and everything alternates.

I liked the hotel, large well-maintained grounds, two tennis courts, updated restaurant area, new rooms, very comfortable, quite a large selection of food, despite the fact that it is not yet the season, two huge swimming pools, a new kids' club and a separate cafe for children, the spa area is also updated, there are a lot of spa programs, with alcohol not so much, the selection is small and not expensive

An important point: this review is about staying at the hotel during the off-season! During our stay, the hotel felt like it was 30-40% full, which, of course, made our stay even more comfortable :)
The lobby and everywhere else smelled pleasant, and the entire infrastructure was clean, new, and fresh. The room was spacious, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The restaurant impressed us with its high-quality furniture and overall pleasant atmosphere, and, of course, the food. The selection of literally everything from appetizers, meat, fish, seafood, and desserts left no chance of leaving hungry, and the food was truly delicious and varied. I especially appreciate the abundance of salad dressings, sauces, and Turkish meze. Drinks were brought by waiters, who served quickly and with a smile. The hotel grounds are green and clean, and during our stay, one of the two outdoor pools and a water park with slides were open. My son gives special respect for these; we started every day there. The spa area and indoor pool were also a delight. A small steam room with excellent steam, a decent sauna with a temperature of 90-100 degrees, and a Turkish hamam—all of them were top-notch. In the evenings, there were all sorts of singing and dancing in the lobby, and the drinks at the bar were decent, including decent rum and whiskey from well-known brands. Overall, this is a very good value for the money.

It was one of my worst hotel experiences and honestly I did not enjoy staying 3 days for one moment and the bed was one of the worst I slept on, but frankly the treatment of the staff from all departments was very nice except for the reception and I want to thank Ms. Farida for her excellent handling in solving the hotel problems. There were many problems from the bedroom and bed and the lack of cold air conditioning, but the food was beautiful and the variety is acceptable and the other services are beautiful and the staff are some of the most smiling people ever and they were very respectful and one of the other problems when you try to contact them. No one will answer you, as a general experience I'm not gonna repeat this experience.

Like Rooms Are 2 Floored Great Design But There was a dent on the floor of the second floor and on the first floors bathrooms ceiling there was like a hole on there and I was leaking water other than that there aren't that many things to do there is a pool which is like not that big and there is a fitness centre like a gym there is some equipment but one of them was broken I think a leg workout one and there were 3-4 Treadmills. Those were good and the food some reviews said that there weren't that many types of food but there were.. There aren't much things to do... The beach is ruined though..
