The food was very repetitive and lacked variety throughout the trip. Cleanliness and maintenance were also an issue: the baby cot/playpen we were provided with was clearly worn out (scuffed, damaged fabric, loose threads) and didn’t look properly cleaned. In the bathroom, the shower door hardware looked dirty with heavy buildup, and we also noticed stains on the bedding.
To make things worse, after the trip we got a rotavirus, which completely ruined the last days of our vacation and left us with a very negative impression. Because of all of this, I wouldn’t choose this hotel again and can’t confidently recommend it.
One of the highlights of the resort is its exceptional culinary offering. The variety of restaurants and bars ensures that every meal feels like a new experience, with fresh ingredients, diverse international options, and impeccable presentation.
The shows and entertainment was first class. The staff were very friendly, the reciption area and ladies from the guest relations desk are very helpful (Tatiana, Elena you are amazing, thanks for a special wedding anniversary evening). A lot of personnel in the main resturant, who are always ready to help and they offer an endless delicious choice of foods. The management staff from main restaurant are very welcoming, especially I can mention Onder, he is such a positive person! The territory is very green and neat, the pools are big and clean. The beach is excellent. We had a great time! Thank you Papillon Zeugma!
I don't think that this hotel will less popular if you will promote that hotel is totally smoking free. And will attract more families with healthy lifestyle.
