The shows and entertainment was first class. The staff were very friendly, the reciption area and ladies from the guest relations desk are very helpful (Tatiana, Elena you are amazing, thanks for a special wedding anniversary evening). A lot of personnel in the main resturant, who are always ready to help and they offer an endless delicious choice of foods. The management staff from main restaurant are very welcoming, especially I can mention Onder, he is such a positive person! The territory is very green and neat, the pools are big and clean. The beach is excellent. We had a great time! Thank you Papillon Zeugma!
I don't think that this hotel will less popular if you will promote that hotel is totally smoking free. And will attract more families with healthy lifestyle.
Restaurant menu very tasty, waiters and personal are friendly.
For a family vacation, everything is good, except deadnote with the cleaning which seems to be systemic.
Rest the second time, last year it was all the same, I think the third time will not.
