The hotel was very clean, and the location was good.
That said, there were some issues that made the stay less relaxing. The room didn’t have an electric kettle, and there was no in-room service — we had to go to the front desk to ask for things like toilet paper.
Also, one of the older female staff members seemed a bit unfriendly, which made us feel slightly unwelcome. She was quite strict about parking rules and asked for the room key every time we went out.
It felt a bit stressful, and I had hoped for a more comfortable and guest-friendly atmosphere

I very highly this family run hotel when visiting Pamukkale without hesitation.
The room was generous size, grounds and pool exceptionally clean (spotless).
Most of all the warmth and helpfulness of the family/staff were above and beyond !!!

We made a wrong reservation for another month. We should have booked August 17-18, but chose September 17-18. Mustafa bey kindly agreed to approve cancellation from his aide initially, but instead of this he rejected our request on Agoda website. So we paid money for room where we wont stay.

The room facilities are average, and there is no basic bottled water; there is no electric kettle, and no water cup equipment👎‼ ️The breakfast is Turkish style and the portion is decent! The homestay has a swimming pool, and self-driving tourists can park outside the door, which is quite convenient! The B&B is very close to the South Gate of Pamukkale, within a 10-minute walk, and there are many choices of restaurants nearby👌‼ ️

Beautiful new hotel. Looks brand new. Great location near main attraction. Hotel personnel very friendly and helpful. Treated us with free tea and nuts on the afternoon by the pool. Plenty of restaurants at walking distance

The twin room has a large bed and complete facilities. The service attitude is very good

This family run hotel was far more accommodating than most larger hotel chains. They were able to fit in a late check in and took great care of us when our transfer was running late. The family is super hospitable and we were surprised with fresh watermelon and Turkish Tea. They were able to arrange balloon rides for us on short notice at a reasonable price. Hotel is within walking distance on main attractions. Rooms were clean, modern and had the best AC in Turkey.
