Pamukkale Melrose Viewpoint Suites in Pamukkale

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Booked this hotel based on positive reviews and unfortunately was not satisfying. Owners' photos and advertised facilities/amenities are not as shown or described.
Poorly kept room with broken stuff, dust and mold in various places, no soundproofing whatsoever ( I could hear the next door snores and street dogs barking at random times in the night) no blackout curtains, moldy mini bar, no bedside table for both sides of the bed, some lamp switches not working at all.. but the worst part was the bathroom: nastiest, greasiest and dirtiest shower head I've ever seen, with a strand of hair stuck on it. 🤮 (At least this they managed to exchange with one from another room after we requested it) mold inside sink cabinet, stained and old looking towels, no support for toilet paper or shower toiletries, no shower curtain or carpet, openings on the ceiling, pipes on the wall, no hand soap... Generally had a disgusting feeling in there. Dead flies on the stairs. Personal on duty in the night laying down on the couch watching something loudly on his phone. Breakfast lower than average, which is something rare considering how easy Turkish breakfast is. How could they have messed that up?! It's NOT CONTINENTAL. they serve a ridiculous amount of the cheapest items directly on the table, no choices to make. Nothing seems fresh. One good thing was seeing the balloonsflying over the Pamukkale travertines from our small balcony in the morning, unfortunately the outdoor chairs were so dusty it made impossible to sit and enjoy, also the garbage smell from outside didn't help). Thanks God it was just for one night, definitely regret trusting the positive reviews and if this was supposed to be the "comfort room" no idea how low the standard would be. Do not recommend.
