Definitely a lousy hotel. It actually looks more like a hostel than a hotel. Food is mediocre or below. Although it is full board, we even paid extra for the water we drank at dinner. Cleaning is a disaster, the sheets look like they've never been washed. The pool of the hotel, which is supposed to be thermal, was like ice, everyone was shivering out of it. The hotel doesn't even have a generator, or they said it was out of order, one evening there was a power outage and we sat in the dark for hours. I don't know what those who were in the bathroom or the pool at that time did. Lacks in the room (non-existent bathrobes, non-working fridge) etc. I asked for help from the reception many times for such needs, not once did anyone come to my room. We couldn't leave the hotel because they paid in advance, it was a nightmarish holiday, and the children looked forward to the day we would go, so to speak. Regardless of the price, I do not recommend going.
