DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!! This is an amazing hotel! Also, the owners and hosts are unbelievably nice and helpful. They even drove to Trabzon after our stay when I left some important docs in my room there.

Only the mihalabieh is good, have a nice view but teh service is bad and the prices are high

I had a horrible experience at this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel in the late afternoon and found the place closed. There was no one in the hotel to receive us, the place seemed closed for a long time.

We tried to contact the hotel, without success. We were tired of the trip, it was snowing, a terrible cold and almost night. We thought we would have to sleep in the car, until a person passing by the place decided to help us.

He took us to another place where we stayed for almost 2 hours trying to solve the situation and find another place to spend the night.

Thanks to the help of these people we got another hotel to stay in, otherwise we could have had a different ending.

Must try the rice pudding, good experience nice location, and variety of food, especially Arabic food.

When we arrived, the place was closed, and it seems like it hasn't been a hotel for a long time.
It was late afternoon, snowing, with the temperature at -5 degrees Celsius, and we almost ran out of a place to sleep! Our luck was that one person offered us help to find another place to stay.
After more than two hours of arguing on the phone, the owner of another hotel agreed to accommodate us. I don't know what they talked about, but I'm glad everything worked out.
