I had a booking change and it was made free of charge. They provided excellent service, and thank you to the hotel management. The staff were very friendly.

Cleanliness is a must for me. I stayed one night with my family, and the cleanliness was terrible.
- Hair from those who stayed before us was still in the bathroom drain. I doubt the sheets had even been changed.
- Bath and foot towels were missing.
- Since there's no parking lot, you have to find a vacant spot and park.

Besides this:
+ The breakfast dishes were well-prepared and sufficient.
+ The foreign lady at the reception was helpful.

If it had been clean, I would have deducted one star just for the lack of parking. But unfortunately, cleanliness is everything.

If you want to stay awake while listening to live music in your room until noon, you can choose this option. No such information is provided upon arrival, and your room practically turns into a wedding hall in the evening. There wasn't a double duvet in our room; we requested one, but they said they would bring one, but they didn't. We requested cloth slippers, but they didn't. The curtains were broken, and they promised they would fix them, which of course didn't happen. The rooms weren't cleaned properly. And the next day, they said there was no water, and the water tank was completely empty. In short, there was zero attention, and the regular customers were ignored. We left the hotel, where we came to relax, with headaches from the music. The only thing that wasn't bad was the breakfast.

This is a really, really good hotel for the price, far superior to more expensive ones. The breakfast, in particular, is incredibly delicious and high-quality, with everything from pastries and cheese to olives, sausages, and eggs. We wanted to order extra, and the prices were reasonable. The room was large and comfortable, but I think they'll clean it if you ask. The view is excellent. It's centrally located and close to the airport. Parking is convenient, and there are plenty of available spaces along the road. If I stay in Trabzon again, it'll be my first choice, even just for breakfast. The cafe is also very nice and not crowded. Thank you for everything, we were very pleased. I hope the quality remains consistent and you keep improving.
