+ Hotel clean and friendly staff
- Lunch and dinner repetitive with two main choices, pasta or chicken every lunchtime and dinner.Spike to General Manager and he wouldn't charge menu as budget too low.This is not a customer issue.We checked out after 5 nights, Wouldn't recommend this Hotel

Stayed here with my husband and another couple just now at the beginning of Sept 2020. While the resort looks alright and it has good conditions, the actual booking was made to Tiana Hotel which is way closer to Turgutreis' city centre. First of all, we have never been informed officially by OnTheBeach that the stay will be at the Resort and not at the Hotel. Only by chance my friend realised several weeks prior to travelling to Turkey that on Google maps there are no posts from the Hotel and contacted the hotel manager via WhatsApp to find out that we are moved to the Resort. Its worth mentioning that there is a distance of about 10min by car between the 2 locations. I can't even imagine how we would've felt taking a taxi to the Hotel and realising it's closed. But anyway, we found out that we will be staying at the Resort and we were happy we will still have a holiday. The location of the resort however, made us rent a car as it was way too far from city to consider walking with a 2y toddler that's our friends' daughter.
Now, the Resort has very friendly and helping reception staff as well as restaurant staff. Although their english was poor, we managed to get ourselves understood to order drinks and food. Social distancing measures have been really good, disinfectants and masks everywhere in the shared public spaces, but we were very disappointed when we allowed the cleaning lady to clean our room and she only arranged our bed without changing the sheets and just used the broom to clean the floor and left the corners of the bathroom uncleaned. Never replaced our soap or wiped the sink and toilet. We also believe in not changing the towels to reduce waste, yet the feet towel for bathroom was dirty and left intentionally on the floor to be changed. However it was just brushed a little bit and put on the toilet seat. Not happy with this at all. Their cleaning lady would start knocking at the doors from 8am which was annoying and we would tell her to come back as we were getting ready for breakfast, but she would wait at the door 5min and knock again because she couldn't understand english.
We have not booked 3 stars holiday and expected 5 stars, we did not had any expectations to avoid being disappointed, but basic things like english levels of the staff, failure to proper clean the rooms and the fact that we were not informed of this change of location and only found out when we became suspicious that there are no recent photos of the Tiana Hotel on Gmaps, makes me give them 3 stars. Hope this will help others prepare for their stay or the management team to address their issues. Overall our holiday was ok and we enjoyed the beach as well as the great scenery. We are definitely looking forward to visit Turkey again next year, but we will definitely try other cities.

+ Das Hotel ist sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Drum herum gibt es nichts. Reines Badeurlaub.
