What a beautiful hotel. Gorgeous staff. Spotless. Safe. Lovely food. I felt so relaxed here which is exactly what we wanted. On arrival we were greeted by the very lovely Sèyda. She is fantastic and very helpful with whatever you need. The guys at breakfast are excellent. Nothing was too much to ask. Our maid for the week was gorgeous ( I didn’t catch her name) but she was so smiley and lovely every morning! Thank You Rammos Hotel

This hotel was fabulous - it was such a gorgeous property, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. While this was a great area of the peninsula, there wasn’t a lot to do within walking distance (outside of going to the beach, you would really need to drive especially at night to get somewhere) but luckily there is a restaurant on site with very good food so it’s lovely to have a nice evening in. Would absolutely come back

The hotel is good, the rooms are nice, very clean and cozy. I would like to mention the meeting and service at breakfast, it was very good. But I would say about the service, there were a few questions to it. I did not like the inattention of the staff, sometimes a little irresponsible attitude. Sometimes they forgot cleaning our room. When we asked something, sometimes we did it twice or more times. But in general, the hotel is good and the rest there was pleasant, and most importantly, the beach is clean.

Arrive. Feel good. Enjoy. What really stands out at this hotel is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Here, service is written in CAPITAL letters. The young team makes you feel welcome from the very first moment – especially Benjamin, who speaks perfect English and has a professional knack for anticipating every wish before you even mention it. The pool area is gorgeous, and the beachside restaurant is simply perfect. Honestly, there’s no better way to end a vacation day. My verdict: Rammos… anytime, again and again!

We had a really nice time at Rammos Hotel. The spa was fantastic – definitely worth a visit! The snacks by the poolside and beachside were fresh and tasty, which made relaxing by the water even better. A couple of small things could be improved: the breakfast could use more variety, and the room floors weren’t as clean as we expected. Also, the water sports are very expensive, so keep that in mind if you’re planning to try them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, especially for the spa and the poolside/beachside atmosphere.

It is a quite lovely hotel in Bodrum. Has a special beach, rooms are renewed and well conditioned very clean. Breakfast is well enough. Located, quite plenty area very nice for resting. But the best thing is great, friendly, attentive personnel they have from front desk to each locations of hotel.

Staying at Rammos managed by Dedeman was an absolute nightmare and a complete disgrace to the Dedeman brand.
• Staff & Service: The staff’s behavior was shockingly rude, unprofessional, and dismissive. There was no respect, no courtesy, and no sense of responsibility toward guests.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: The room was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly neglected. Hygiene standards were completely unacceptable.
• Overall Experience: From check-in to check-out, every aspect of this hotel was deeply disappointing. The service was careless, the atmosphere was unwelcoming, and the value for money was nonexistent.

This hotel does not meet even the most basic expectations of hospitality. I strongly warn anyone considering this property: do not waste your time or money here. It is, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

First things first; this hotel is not located right in the shore, there is a very active road passing by between the hotel and the beach. A tunnel or an easy access footbridge would have been nice but there is only a steep and very high pedestrian overpass has been built by local government which is practically useless. You gotta be really careful when you try to cross the road. There are not enough parking space available and your car most likely ends up parked alongside the road side. Most of the evenings we have experienced smell of sewage. Also on few nights there was a very loud music originated from the hotel right next to the premises. In general Turgutreis/Akyarlar area has relatively high waves due to its windy nature. Its often more calm in morning. Beach side is not that quiet because of the active road passing by just right beside. There is no elevator in 3 floor buildings. You should take this into account. Hotel rooms are clean, being serviced everyday. Breakfast is served well with great selection. Gym and spa is relatively small but still works. Hotel also has a nice swimming pool. They have electricity generators in case of blackouts. They also have only 1 fast charger available for electric only cars. Their waterfront restaurant starts serving after 7 PM, and have great selection of sea food.
