Modern, clean hotel. It's a pity that the outdoor pool is not with thermal water and is too small.

Don’t be fooled, it’s definitely NOT a 5* hotel. The rooms look disgusting and the whole 2nd floor smells like cigarette smoke. I needed to change the room because in the first one even couldn’t close the window properly. The staff doesn’t speak English.

When I first entered my room, I thought everything was fine. When I got into bed to sleep at night, I realized that it wasn't. The bed was single and very uncomfortable. There were spring sounds like old-fashioned spring beds. The worst thing was that although I was staying alone, I was given a room with a passage between the rooms given to large families. I had to listen to the activities of the people I thought were a couple next door all night long. I couldn't sleep all night. I left the hotel I went to upon recommendation, unfortunately, with dissatisfaction.

Almost nobody in the staff understands english, communication almost impossible.

Decent hotel and spa in Afyon. Lobby area, restaurant and spa are nice. The heated pool area needs some more embellishments because it is too bare. Rooms are spacious but very bare and basic. Mini bar was empty and switched off.

magnificent hotel. the restaurant is varied. I regret that at the spa they are not attentive to safety. customers use glass water bottles in the hot water pools. very dangerous if they break.

Apparently this used to be a luxury hotel with nice rooms design, but it then been sold, renamed and now very poorly maintained. Bathroom sink is clogged and leaking, shower head sprinkles water everywhere and not a single tap has the aerator attached. During the breakfast the tables had piles of dirty dishes and it took the staff at least 20 minutes to realize they need to be carried away. Moreover, the reception staff know only 5 words in English and a simple question like "which floor is the room on" or "where is the lift" can render them helpless.
Cleanliness is good though. Didn't use the thermal or sports facilities.

I was in the hotel for a few days. The hotel has its pluses and minuses.
Juices during meals are payable, the hotel is old and the SPA facilities need renovation. Pros of the hotel low price of stay, very good and varied food, everyone will find something for themselves. Very good hotel service. Ladies working at the hotel reception are always smiling and helpful. Thank you very much for the professional service of Mrs. Gulfidan Cengiz who helped me change the room. I will definitely visit this hotel again while in Turkey and I hope that the same nice people will continue to work at the reception.

The hotel has multiple free entertainment and activities.The people at the desks were super nice and they were always helpful, the food is great as well. However the layout of the corridors leasing to the rooms can be difficult for older people such as my mum who had a difficult time getting through the long corridor. Other than that everything was great.

Very nice hotel.
Stayed several nights here.
Good, spacious rooms (family room); clean bathroom; good beds.
Thermal and swimming pool are included in the price.
The restaurant has good dinner and amazing breakfast.

This hotel definitely goes on my list of favorites.

Very good place, but the HAMAM is separate (MAN and WOMAN) they swim in different hot pool.
