We really enjoyed our stay at club sunsmile, it’s lovely and quiet, the bar staff were amazing and the food was incredible, 10/10

Basic hotel and location around Marmaris. Visited family who were staying in the hotel complex. The pool was a sun trap in the hight of summer. The food on site was reasonable price and quality though with arcade and other paid for amenities. The atmosphere was relaxed but the location was away from the main strip of Marmaris

The biggest selling point is definitely the staff. They are very friendly and you will be well taken care of. The rooms are great for what you’re paying, comfortable space with a balcony, it does the job nicely. The location is good depend on what you’re wanting, you’re close to the strip, giving you easy access to a lot of cheap restaurants and shops but it’s quite a bit of a walk from the old town...

I have just arrived home from an 10 night stay at Club Sun Smile. I have only positive things to say, the atmosphere around the place was great, the staff as other people have said are the best in Turkey and nothing is to much for them from the cleaning maids to the bar and restaurant staff. Will definitely going back next year. Thanks guys said

This hotel was beautiful, only downside is u pay £35 a week for aircon but its only in the bedroom even leaving the doors open it doesn't circulate.. but overall the staff are amazing, cleaners are lovely and friendly and will definitely go again.

The staff at this hotel are lovely and make your holiday. We had some problems with the electric during our stay which was disappointing but did not ruin our holiday. The all inclusive could be better explained only having the option of a soft drink or vodka and gin didn’t suit me very well. We just got home from a week stay with club dorado.the hotel is very clean and the staff are all verry friendly, they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We had the best time here and can not wait to come back next year. We highly recommend this family friendly hotel in a beautiful place.

This is a great all-inclusive bargain and the staff are very nice and helpful... also there are some great city, mountain & sea views from upper floors. As for the negative reviews... If you want perfection then book 5 star hotel and pay 5 times more!

Went as an all inclusive, but of course it was the cheapest of cheap lemonade/coke/vodka etc and the breakfast/lunch/dinner was at best not worthy to feed to your dog. Breakfast was Mediterranean or something similar ( feta cheese, salad, egg ) so if you want a fry up, you best walk somewhere else. Pool was a good size and you never really fought for a deck chair. We stayed in this hotel for two days. The was very comfortable and clean. It had a big balcony. After walking for 15 minutes, you can reach the beach easily. The food was delicious and it was diverse. The staff was very friendly, caring and professional. For a 3-star hotel, it was very good.

Have been to Dorado many times over the last 6 years! Class hotel, clean and tidy, staff are all lovely and cannot do enough for you! Cleaners keep the rooms spotless (clean sheets and towels everyday)! Zarah and Ibo are like family, and you will soon feel the same!

My room was very spacious and clean, air conditioning and decent size fridge. Hotel is a bit out from the centre but only a short taxi ride into town. Breakfast stated Turkish and English but unfortunately there was only Turkish fare on offer.

We are really enjoying our holidays. Nice and clean hotel with very helpful staff. Children's pool is fantastic.

The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean, but the bathroom and room were not very clean, there was a smell of damp in the room. Suitable for short stays.

I work remotely and the wifi had issues but the host was kind enough to lend me his portable wifi router so all was great.

In general the place is ok. Needs renovation.

I’ve just read some other people’s reviews. As a family of 4, I’ve got to say we had a fantastic time. The staff were absolutely fantastic, polite and friendly. We booked this looking for a 3 star self catering holiday and we got what we paid for. Ok the rooms are a bit outdated and a little old, but for a family who is only sleeping in it and out all day they were sufficient. I’m going back next year...

My second stay at this property, and it never disappoints! Lovely quiet area but close to the main street, shops and beach.

The best small hotel in marmaris close to the beach. The room have balkony and showers inside. Its a lovely familiär feeling with lovely nice owners ..i would stay for 2 days , but i stay Till a week and i had my best time here. I felt in love !!! It have a Pool, a good Bar and when you want you became breakfast in the morning. Lot of bars , Cafés are around.

We enjoyed our stay very much.The owners couldnt do enough for us and the staff were amazing! It was such a peaceful place to relax and we were made to feel so very welcome. I would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.They are such wonderful people.
