Wow !!! Do not waste your money in staying here , the place is just disgusting. The staff are vile especially the the lad who tries to get you into his bed he pesters you on holiday like a leach, how anyone like that has a job is beyond me Emmanuel I think he said he was called . Did not feel safe here I suggest other ladies to stay away from this hotel and bar !!!!! So nice to be home never again

Avoid this hotel and don't waste your time and money room was dirty and bed was stained and collapsed and food was shocking. And reception not interested in complaints just shrug there shoulders when you speak to them hotel is terrible.i will not be going again

a complete misrepresentation of the photos shown online. It is dirty, unhygienic, and infested with bed bugs. I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to look elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs.

Avoid at all costs people! Hotel is not at all as advertised online. I have stayed in other hotels/accommodations, but this hotel beats the worst. The list of issues is continuous and never-ending. Unhygienic place and staff have no training at all. Showers and air conditions broken and work whenever they wish. Beds are filthy, stained and no sign of cleanliness. The manager greets you well initially and states, if any issues, to approach him. But avoids and refuses to engage when you do. When speaking with the receptionist, all he replies is, "No problem.... no problem," and laughs and rudely makes jokes. Only way to make him stop laughing is to to reply, "Very big problem." He soon gets stressed. (Honestly, trust me on this.) Met some lovely people at the hotel who have regretted booking their stay. Overall, if there was a minus star grading, this hotel would receive minus 5. Please avoid this place people. Thank you.

This is the first time going to turkey. Me and partner had a few ups and downs. Stupid now but too much alcohol was involved. Either way I was looked after by giving me a room for space. Made sure I was OK and jumped hoops if needed anything.. Shouldn't of happened but I wouldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. All fixed now. Lol. The pool is clean all staff members r friendly. A laugh and very professional. I couldn't fault this hotel. And will definitely return with less alcohol maybe

Do NOT stay in this hotel! One key can open few rooms. NOT SAFE! DIRTY! AVOID STAFF DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH, unable to help with any issues. Been complaining about the cleaning twice and nothing has been done. Someone walked into my room 1 AM and staff laughed at me when complaining as none of them can speak english

After having reviewed The Seray ( Deluxe ) Hotel Marmaris. We made a complaint to On the Beach. After 2 1/2 months they have at last got back to us with a voucher for £150 between 4 people to use on further bookings. This is totally laughable. They’re not even willing to consider that there is anything wrong with this hotel as it’s still being advertised with the same photos . I would urge anyone to think twice before booking this hotel as it’s beyond awful .

Stay away from this dirty hotel. It looks nothing like the photos on its website at all. I unfortunately booked this hotel for my partner and I to stay in from 4/10/23 to 14/10/23. We manage all of 2hrs in the hotel. It is run down,unkempt and downright disgusting. Please please do not book or stay here. It is in need of refurbishment and ownership. None of the staff were in uniform, so it was hard to see who worked there. I so wish I had read the reviews before I had booked. Booking was through Love Holidays. Be warned they do not vet the hotels on their site.

Absolutely awful hotel. Wouldn’t even give it 1* . Where do I start. On arrival about 01.15 it was like no one expecting us. Guy was asleep in a chair when we got his attention he walked behind reception and fell asleep again. When we eventually checked in we were exhausted. We had 2 rooms booked ours was really dirty so we asked to change next day which we did. The 2 nd room shower didn’t work and tap also. They were fixed though. Overall appearance of hotel scruffy,garden overgrown. We booked breakfast it was awful even for continental flies everywhere we had to eat breakfast out incurring extra costs. Pool ok but pool bar was horrendous no drinks had to keep going to the shop ,no snacks . No staff visible but it was difficult to determine who worked there. Photos of hotel ( rooms) bear no resemblance to actual rooms . They must have been taken a long time ago Disappointed that this hotel is still being advertised

Having read the reviews both myself and my wife were very anxious to say the least about staying there. We got there in the early hours of the morning. When we arrived another group of 4 people were trying to check in however the guy behind the desk was trying to sleep and completely ignored them. Even when they spoke to him he just stared at them. He then went into the back office to sleep. The guy in the party went into the office and asked him to check everyone in. To be honest it was like something out of Fawlty Towers however eventually he checked everyone in. Our room was fine a bit basic but clean. In the morning I spoke to the Front Desk Manager who was very friendly and apologised for what happened the previous night. Had a few other dealings with the guy who checked us in but to be fair to him he was friendly enough. We found the hotel to be ok and never had any issues with the staff nor were we approached to buy *****. The pool area was clean and the staff members at the pool were ok. At no point did we feel unsafe or threatened at the hotel. We had a good stay and wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying there.
