Forum Residence Hotel in Marmaris

Just checked out after a lovely 4 day stay and honestly what a lovely time we've had. Room was beautiful and clean food was gorgeous even the staff, especially Suzanne, Rana and her sister and the bar staff all very friendly and nothing was an issue. Cleaners were all very smiley and friendly too. Only slight issue we had was as the hotel is on the strip it can be noisy especially as our room faced the main road but a quick trip to buy some earplugs fixed that. All in all i would recommend staying here we've had a great time. Also thanks Rana for the goodbye hug, little things like that are always appreciated 😀

We’ve just returning from a fantastic 10-day stay at the Forum Residence and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The room was cleaned every single day, and the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay.

The pool area was popular, so sunbeds did fill up quickly, but thankfully there were no “sunbed wars” – and booking a cabana for a few days was definitely worth it for that extra comfort and space. The pool itself is a uniform 1.5m in depth all the way around, which was perfect for cooling off and relaxing.

The location is spot on – just a short stroll to the beachfront entertainment, with restaurants, bars, and the lively promenade right on your doorstep. Plus, having a Migros supermarket literally next door made it easy to stock up on drinks, snacks, and anything else we needed.

Overall, a brilliant stay – clean, friendly, and convenient. Would happily return and recommend to anyone looking for a great base in this area of Turkey.

I booked very last minute to visit my family who were staying in another hotel. I stayed B&B, the breakfast wasn’t much, very basic and has room for improvement, however the staff in the hotel are absolutely amazing, so friendly, considering I was alone, I felt so safe, welcome & at home each and every time I walked through reception, they stopped me for a chat. Really genuine people and for the service provided I would definitely visit again, just to speak to the lovely ladies on reception. The location was brilliant, in the centre of everywhere. Rooms were basic, spacious and very hot, you do have to pay for air conditioning but you cannot sleep without it. But everything was worth it. Thank you for your service, your a treasure to the hotel

Spent a week at the Forum and it was great! Close to the main road beach and shops. All staff were really friendly and spoke English. I had family staying at another hotel and they were able to come for the day which was great as we had to pay to go in their hotel. The room was spacious, clean and has lots of storage. Has a fridge and kettle. Comfy bed and strong air con that cost £41. Safe was also extra cost and to extend your room for the check out it is only £60 (Tui wanted £99 per person for this!!) Balcony was large however couldn't sit on it as the air con unit was blowing out hot air so was too hot to sit next to it. The bathroom is great, large sink / storage and powerful shower. Some towels we got over the week looked not so white and the floor towel became really dirty when it got wet which made me think the floor needed a clean.
The pool is great we always managed to get 2 sunbeds never had to reserve, shaded areas and a sofa like area with loads of cushions.
The food was nice just be clear if you're allergic or don't like specific foods as we said but occasionally it would be added to the salad. Breakfast was just enough however fruit was sometimes warm. If you wake up early enough you can catch the pancakes which are amazing!
We never shopped in the hotel shop but looked good and fully stocked always.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Forum Residence Hotel in both 2023 and 2025, and I can confidently say this place continues to exceed expectations. A highlight of the visit was Bako, whose service is truly exceptional. He is consistently warm, friendly, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. A real asset to the hotel! the portions are massive and the quality is outstanding. Every meal felt like a feast, and everything we tried was delicious and freshly prepared. Can’t wait to come back again!

Had a lovely stay at Forum, staff are super helpful, friendly and speak English. Rooms are spacious, and the location is excellent as just off from the main strip and all shops and next to Big Migros supermarket. Will definilty return as it was fine for our needs, but FYI and things to bear in mind if booking here:
1) Bring your 2 pin Euro sockets as there are no 3 pin UK sockets anywhere in the room.
2) AC cost €6 per day, you must pay on arrival, and it will be for the full duration of your stay, you cannot choose to have it on 1 day and not the next.
3) Only a thin blanket is provided on the beds, so you may feel the cold, especially if the AC is directly facing the bed in your room.
4) No toiletries or water is provided in the room. However, the Migros supermarket next has decent prices and sells everything cheaper than the on-site shop.
5) breakfast is the same daily and the eggs are cooked and set out at 8 when the breakfast time starts, if you go later then 8, it will be cold eggs as no warmer under it, just some foil covering the tray.
6) The exchange rate at the hotel is low at €36 for £1, outside the currency, and general shops are giving €53!

The Forum Residence is a fantastic hotel and all the staff are amazing!
Hotel is chilled, family friendly, clean, great location, good sized clean rooms, food is fantastic and well priced, plenty of sunbeds, great pool, need I say more?

Will definitely be going back at every opportunity

Absolute hidden Gem!! Rooms are massive, great pool. Lovely food and the maids are all so kind🩷. Location is fantastic, close to supermarkets, bars food outlets all within walking distance. Been here twice now and highly recommend it. Thank you @ForumResidence for a wonderful 2weeks. All going well we will be back for the next season🩷🇹🇷

Stayed here on holiday and had a fantastic time. Staff were incredibly friendly and funny, rooms were massive compared to the average and the beach town where it's located is absolutely amazing. 10/10 in all aspects!

Rooms are fine, except you have to pay £6 per night for the air con.
Staff were very friendly, always seeming to want to help you out or have a chat.
Location is ideal, right on the main road, without being too loud for it, not far from the beach either, migros shop next door for snacks/ drinks.
