This hotel should be closed down it’s absolutely filthy and the management are so rude . We were a large family staying for 14 nights . The pros are that the hotel is in a good location and the pool is nice but you won’t get to enjoy it because you are watched and policed on every move . The family who own the hotel are all unbelievably rude and only want Turkish guests . Our children were constantly shouted at for doing only what the Turkish kids did . The rooms are filthy and to get your rooms cleaned you have beg . The showers are freezing no matter what time of day it is . The lady in the cactus bar is the rudest woman I have ever met and her father sits constantly shouting at people and watching children . There is definite Turkish favouritism . If you buy there food and don’t complain and your kids don’t speak above a whisper you’ll be fine. The rooms are horrendous and quite frankly dangerous. Washing blankets and rugs in a paddling pool for 2 days which brought flys and mosquitoes. The slide is falling to bits and is only on for 5 minutes at a time because the motors over heats . I wouldn’t send my worse enemy to this place .

The owner of this hotel is a thief. My friend paid him to stay a night there, but after he knew that my friend is an Arab, he didn't let him check in and asked him to leave the hotel immediately. Moreover, he didn't refund the money. My friend left the area to avoid the problems. We won't forgive the owner of this hotel unless he refunds the money.

0 Stars if I could! Pros- cheap price per night, pool area is okay, not far from the beach, quite friendly.

Cons- have to pay for AC, have to pay for Safe, have to pay for toilet paper, the rooms are only cleaned after 3/4 days, there’s ants everywhere, there’s mould all over the rooms. Especially the bathroom, the shower is not good, the bed sheets and curtains and sofa seats are riddled with stains from god knows what.

Overall just pay an extra £200 for your holiday and I guarantee your experience of Marmaris will be a lot better...
