We stayed here for 10 days. The rooms are small but for the price really fair. All the staff is super friendly and the breakfast is authentic Turkish. The pool is nice and the atmosphere is calm. It is a perfect hotel if you want to be in the center but still have a calm stay.

The pool area was super relaxing, the room was clean, and the staff were lovely—very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The bedrooms were small but had everything we needed, plus a charming little private terrace. We were always stocked up with water, and the location is perfect—close to Bodrum city and beachside restaurants.

Breakfast was delicious and authentic, but since it was left uncovered, flies would sometimes sit on the food. Clear covers would be a great addition to keep it protected while still letting guests see what’s on offer.

City, the hotel dog, was adorable and never disturbed us. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely recommend it!

My husband and I had a lovely stay in Costa! 🫶 Clean rooms, adorable garden with a nice pool, super delicious breakfast, great service in all different ways! Costa is a few minutes away from the beach, shops, restaurants by the shore, and the main bus station that takes you to different beaches.
Through the day the soft music is played so gives the extra cozy vibes.
Warm recommendation! 👌

Staff was very service oriented. Friendly, nice, helpful.
Few minuspoints though.
The bar had no white wine nor sodawater.
The wooden deck close to the bar had 3 screws pointing out at least 3cm. People on bare feet could easily hurt themselves there. We mentioned it, but no action was taken.
The toilet in our room kept flushing. It was not repaired and kept us awake the second night.

❌ Avoid Costa Bodrum City – Worst hotel experience ever

Do not stay here. This hotel is a scam.

Our room was extremely dirty, the bathroom was disgusting, and there were awful smells everywhere.
After the first night, there was a full power and water outage – no electricity, no water, no AC – the entire day.
We had to leave the hotel, along with many other guests.

The manager admitted the situation and promised us a full refund (we have video proof + a written statement).
But now the hotel denies everything and claims none of it happened. They’re now telling Agoda we’re lying.
This is fraudulent behavior.

Dishonest staff, horrible conditions, and zero respect for customers.
Stay away from Costa Bodrum City. It ruined our trip.

I recently stayed at Costa City and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is ideally located—a brief walk to the beach, marina, Bodrum Castle, and the lively center of the city. Its quiet garden setting provided a peaceful respite despite being right in the heart of the action.

This is the worst thing I've ever photographed through Trip.com.
The site has photos that don't correspond to reality.
The bathroom door doesn't close, there's dust and dirt all around. They gave me a room with a view of a broken fence, anyone from the street could have walked in. All the photos are a lie!!!
Also, a pipe burst outside, we walked to the hotel through the dirt.
The rooms weren't cleaned for 2.
Trip.com, please check the authenticity of the photos, request a video!!

Hotel never responded to us when we tried to contact them regarding assistance with the trip. Because of this, we couldn't go to the hotel, and they still charged us. Even today, we haven't received any response, but they're now asking us to leave a review.

We were pleased with the cleanliness and services, they are very friendly, but consider the parking problem when coming.

Not a bad hotel. It is located near the embankment along which you can reach the castle. The hotel itself is cozy, homey. The room seems clean, but the gel dispenser did not work, there was no toilet paper, the towel hook was broken, the central lighting did not work. There is a large refrigerator in the room that makes a lot of noise (it would be better not to have it). Slippers have a smell (it would be better not to give them at all). The wires from the TV hang in the air.
