Myself and my family have been coming to this hotel for the last 4 years and we wouldn't go anywhere else. The location is perfect, one side the beach literally as you walk out the hotel and the other side all the shops. The rooms are always spotless clean, the cleaner comes every day to clean which you don't get in many hotels. The food is flowing all day so there is never a shortage and it caters...

Food was amazing with loads of different salads, with a huge choice of hot food beautiful desserts, fruit. Cocktails are delicious. Beach is on the door step, 3 lovely pools, excellent entertainment and friendly staff, strong showers, don't forget to have a Turkish sauna x massage it's a big highlight 😁

Small tired rooms. No tea making facilities in the rooms but made up for by its beachfront location and really friendly staff. 3 swimming pools were a treat. Food became a bit monotonous but they cater for the masses. Lights turned off at midnight in the outside bar area and bar closed. Town close by and vibrant until early hours. We spend a couple days there and unfortunately, they gave us a room that it was not fully facing the ocean like I have requested and pay for it. Parking is very limited. But overall is relatively close to the city where there is a lot of things to do. It is all included, and there is some variety of food that you can select on.

We booked a roomeith a balcony and sea view. However, on arrival the hotel tried to extort an additional 30 euros a day for sea view and balcony. They tried to push us into a room up several staircases, with a very small window, no balcony and no sea view in the old part of the hotel or pay the extra. Gumbet beach is rather dominated be all-inclusive resorts so actually finding it initially is quite challenging. Access tends to be down narrow, dark lanes squeezed between huge hotels. They look quite daunting at night but in fact, the beach is by far the coolest place to be at night and a really pleasant place to eat. A very quiet hotel, even during peak tourist season. Experiencing authentic Turkish service. The restaurant ingredients are top-notch. It's worth staying here for a few days when you're feeling down. Highly recommended. The only downside is that getting a taxi is inconvenient and the waiting time is long.

There are no complaints about the hotel, except for the inflated prices in the restaurants.

I did not get the room I booked until my second night, and nothing was done to make up for the very frustrating first night (other than giving me the correct room as if I should be thankful to get the room I booked). Things were offered to express their apologies, but never given. Also service around hotel is average.
