We stayed in the Opus hotel for 10 nights, when arriving staff were lovely room was clean and nice and from there it was down hill, it took us 5 days before our room got cleaned after asking multiple times we reported the door on the shower was broken they said the would have someone to fix it, no one came then when closing the shower door the glass shattered in on me, cutting my face arms and feet when we ran for help the staff brought up a wipe and plasters and said there was nothing they could do to clean the room till the cleaners came back the next morning, after complaining that was not good enough he brought a brush and swept some of it up and repeated it will be cleaned tomorrow I had no way to shower to wash the shards of glass off again complaining they eventually let me have a shower in an empty room, the glass was everywhere they would not give us a brush they only thing we could use was towels and put them in bags as we needed to us the bathroom during the night, to top it off they charged us for using the towels absolutely worse experience i have ever had, and to top it off we got food poisoning. Worst holiday worse hotel experience would never recommend here

Returned here after last visiting 14 years ago. It's changed a lot. The apartments have been really updated to a lovely degree. We had a washing machine on our apartment which was great. There was free air conditioning, free room safe, and free WiFi all over including in the apartment which isn't always the case with other hotels. The pool and surrounding areas are lovely and lots of sunbathing areas and nice shaded areas in the garden if that's what u prefer. The food was great and you will certainly never go hungry, the portions are huge and very tasty, with lots of selection. I love to read and there was a little library area with books to borrow which I made excellent use of. Ben the owner is lovely and friendly and all the staff are friendly and polite. We've already booked to go back next year and cannot wait.

We had a brilliant stay at the Opus Apart Hotel. We booked the garden apartment was clean, spacious, and really well equipped full fridge/freezer, washing machine and cooking facilities. The pool and gardens were lovely, food in the restaurant was very nice and good value, and the staff were fantastic very friendly and attentive. Only 5 minutes by taxi to the centre. Would definitely stay again!

Fourth family holiday in the Opus, which speaks for itself. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, absolutely everything was perfect. The staff are attentive and friendly but not in your face. The pool and outdoor bar area are wonderful places to spend the day and have a drink. Apartments are spotless and comfortable. Same faces / nationalities every year, mostly Irish, Scottish and some English. By far the best holiday apartments we have ever stayed in.

Just returned home from Opus and gutted! We normally stay in big 5* resorts the other side of town but we absolutely loved The Opus. The staff, the rooms, the food, the drinks offered were all fabulous. Our room was cleaned, towels and sheets changed every 3 days. Would not hesitate to return

I Have been travelling to Kusadasi for nearly 20 yrs and This place is the worst and dirtiest place I have ever stayed. We had an infant in our party and so unaccomadating.No cot in the room. First night when the baby was asleep the night staff knocked the door and said if we didnt stop talking on the balcony he would call the police. There was no hot water and shower head has to be handheld doesnt work great trying to hold a baby. You can only get towels when requested and after 4 days and requesting a room clean they asked me for 1550 lira for marks on 4 day old towels that were been used on the floor the place was that filthy. We had 3 rooms all rooms were the same. No towels and not cleaned. One of the party said to the manager hed never been in a hotel were you cant get clean towels and he said its not a 5 star hotel. This man all week sat by the pool drinking raw spirits dictating to staff. Must be desperate to work for him. The pool staff in restaurant are lovely giving the situation they are in but on the last day we were over charged for bills we had paid the day earlier. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Stayed here a few times, cheaper than many others in Kusadasi. Very well run apartments, the owners & staff are amazing. Decent size pool & sunbeds always available. Bar & restaurant prices lower than town, great food! Good atmosphere, many guests return every year. 10 minutes in taxi to town or Ladies beach for £2-£3. Town walkable in 15-20 mins. Supermarkets 5 mins. Apartments are very clean & modern (washer/dishwasher), full size oven & job, huge fridge/freezer. Lovely gardens to relax away from the poolside. Fresh eggs every morning from their own chickens, best I’ve tasted. Already planning to go back next year

Third time to say in the Opus with the family, booked for next year. Family complex with mostly Irish, Scottish and English. Ben and his team do an amazing job, they can't do enough for you. Can't fault the Opus in any way. Love having a late beer in the bar after a trip into Centrum. Drink is good value, they even have Gunness. Food is tasty and reasonably priced, the waiting staff are very attentive.

I was booking on behalf of 40+ people , so went to see the property first - looks amazing , big pool , garden with shaded areas , bar , restaurant , I was shown a two bedroom room with bathroom and en-suite washing machine a bonus so was delighted and booked 15 rooms . On arrival I noticed my two bedroom apt didn’t have an ensuite , there was mould growing up the walls in the bedroom , the balcony was tiny and the stench from the drains in the bathroom was vile. The more I looked around the apt I noticed more and more things wrong but it’s only two weeks right ? My biggest complaint was the rules ( that we were not informed about before ) - your not allowed by the pool before 8.30am , you are not allowed to bring food or drink ( either bought in or prepared in your self catering apt ) out your apartment, the bar closed at 12am and he didn’t want anyone gathering and drinking after that ( although he compromised and said bar open until 2 but must be in bed by 3am ) there was 43 of us and we had 15 rooms we ate , drank , got massages and paid for hair to be done bought things from the shop and spent quite a bit of money . We spoke with other guests who said it had gone down hill and that they had had words with manager who told them ( 26 in their party ) not to come back next year - after another meeting with manager about a McDonald’s being brought in for 4 people he told us go accords to picnic area across the road or go to room - he then told us next yr find another hotel as this one didn’t suit us ( again 43 of us ) he is either retiring or really doesn’t give a damn about business next year to tell 70 people not to come back …..also spoke to other guests who advised they owed apts and when they arrived he had rented them out to other people 😮
