I’m sharing a screenshot of the room we booked, along with some photos of the room we were actually given. We had booked a 20 m² room, but the room we stayed in was around 9–10 m². All the walls in the room were covered with mold, and the room smelled strongly of it.
In the note we left during booking, we mentioned that both my spouse and I have asthma, and that a non-smoking room would be preferable. It seems this note was ignored, as the situation we encountered was very different. The toilets were not clean. The bed was extremely hard and of very poor quality.
Since my spouse and I were very uncomfortable, we checked out of the hotel early in the morning right after waking up. Because of staying in the moldy room, we both woke up with allergic reactions and had to take extra asthma medication.
We opted not to have the breakfast due to hygiene concerns.
