We had a great stay at Hotel Centro. The location is very convenient and near a lot of different restaurants and even the Marina. The rooms were comfortable and neat. We did have a few issues with the Wifi and air conditioning unit in the rooms but the staff were always extremely helpful and their kindness more than makes up for any small issues.

The hotel itself is pleasant, clean, somewhat basic. But what elevates it to a five star rating is the hospitality and warmth of the staff.

Don't come. Very low value for money. I was deceived by the reviews and pictures.

The room is very small, and the wall of the house next door is outside the window, with no view. The facilities in the room are very old, the air conditioner is noisy, the cramped bathroom is dirty, and it is difficult to raise your hands to wash your hair in the shower. There are all kinds of scale and dirt. The swimming pool water is not very clean. There is zero sound insulation. The room is about the level of 200 RMB in China.

The good point is that it is close to the city center port and you can park at the door. That's it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I had €2600 in my bag when I left the room, but when I came back, I found that €100 was missing, even though I had specifically told the housekeeper not to enter. The hotel does not look as good as the pictures, and the overall quality was poor. During breakfast at the buffet, one of the staff members kept staring at me the whole time, as if the food was being given for free, which made me very uncomfortable. The breakfast itself was not worth it; nothing special.
After the theft, the hotel refunded me for the remaining 3 days of my stay and offered to let me stay those days for free, but they still charged me for the first 2 days. I didn’t feel safe staying there any longer, so I left early and had to buy a new plane ticket to return home sooner than planned. When I checked reviews on Google and other platforms, I found that I wasn’t the only one—many other guests have had their money stolen too.

People there are very friendly and hospitable! The hotel smells so nice and the rooms are very very clean! The breakfast is very delicious! The swimming pools is great and generally all the hotel is beautiful! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel left an incredible impression— We had an amazing time. Every request was handled promptly, and every moment of our stay was thoughtfully planned. The hotel’s convenient location and the cool breeze and shade at the pool, even when the city was hot, were added bonuses.

You can completely trust this hotel to take care of everything on the spot. We didn’t book anything in advance, but thanks to Irakli, all our wishes were brought to life, including that surprise birthday cake. I’m confident you can always expect impeccable service and an exceptional stay here.

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 children who had booked a 2-night stay at the hotel. This is by far the worst experience we’ve ever had!

The rooms were filthy and disgusting, there was absolutely no service, and the staff was incredibly rude. The room smelled awful when we arrived, and it clearly hadn’t been cleaned. The air conditioning and fridge didn’t work, the sofa was covered in stains, and the bathroom was utterly revolting. The tiles on the walls were falling apart, and the pool was disgusting as well, clearly not cleaned in a long time.

It was so unbearable that we had to check out early the next morning.

We strongly advise against booking a stay at this dreadful hotel!
