The staff were very nice especially both who were working in the reservation. The room was clean. The breakfast included (not that many options but it was good). It's not actually near the city center it's in the city center. Highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel, delicious breakfasts, all issues that arose were resolved quickly. There is a swimming pool and a comfortable relaxation area. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Great location and helpful staff. Lovely pool. Easy to walk to town and marina and restaurants nearby. Breakfast could be better, but good coffee and bar. No parking on-site so very quiet for such a central location. Cheap parking nearby below bus station. Would benefit from some money spent as slightly tired rooms could be better.

A lovely quiet boutique hotel in a good location, 5 minutes from the harbour, 15 from the Kos ferry and 2 minutes from restaurants and shops.. Its absolutely SPOTLESS.. with lovely rooms, comfortable beds, tea and coffee facilites, a small fridge and a bright clean bathroom. you may not get sea views but the upkeep of this property makes up for this. the courtyard for relaxing is comfortable and cool...

I had heard that Bodrum was full of nightclubs, but the area was a bit remote so the noise was not an issue. The room and pool were clean and had a nice view of the ocean. I arrived in Otogar at night, so the last Dolmuş that could take me directly there was over, so I changed at the Bodrum Center. The receptionist was also very helpful. I would like to stay longer next time.

Rooms are not properly clean. Towels provided in the bathroom have dirty hair on it. Bedsheets aren't changed every day. When we arrived, the lift was broken, and they gave us the 3rd floor.

Enjoyed our stay at Serpina. Didn’t know what to expect but it was just the right size hotel and facilities we wanted for a quick week away. The staff are amazing and they cater for all your needs, breakfast is also really good with a great selection. The daily bingo is great fun, the location is also good, but the pavements around the main roads to the shops bars etc are dangerous. Returned from another great 2 weeks at the Serpina. What makes this hotel are Ali, Engin, Mehmet and all of the brilliant staff. Nothing is too much for them. Everyone is made welcome whether you are a newbie or a returning guest like us.

Lovely rooms with space to chill and spread out. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Its a bit far to walk from Bodrum central as its mainly uphill. That said, because of its location you do have full Panasonic view of Bodrum. Ideal for relaxing!

This hotel is carried by its employees, both in service and housekeeping. The rooms are showing their age, and not everything works as it should, but all departments are committed to helping. It's always a wonderful experience to be a guest at this hotel.

First of all, the constant presence of cats around during breakfast, sleeping on the tables where we ate, and the constantly stained forks, spoons, and knives was very unpleasant. Even the smell of eggs on the morning I wanted to leave was very bad. Also, the hotel was constantly noisy because it's in the city center. The bidet in the room wasn't working, and there were only two Turkish TV channels...

I'd like to highlight the friendly staff and convenient location—unfortunately, these are the main pluses. The only significant minus is the condition of the room. The furniture and furnishings are in need of renovation. Although they don't seem particularly old, everything is worn, shabby, shows signs of heavy use, and is in a state of disrepair.

Checked in for a 4 night stay on the 3rd of July in the Superior rooms x 3 for 6 guests. At check in they give us keys to the annexe rooms, superior rooms are in the main building, I knew this from a previous stay. They said sorry and told me the Superior rooms would be ready in 2 days. This was the perfect place for my first solo holiday. The hotel and pool are lovely and the food has been great, especially the potatoes . 10 day half board break self and partner. We arrived at midnight. Room 121 top floor backs onto main road. Downside loud night club music went on till 4am every night despite end of season. After 2 sleepless nights saw reception and got room 314 mid floor. No noise slept much better. Still heard the 6am call to morning prayer at the mosques.Ear plugs required. Food ok could be hotter. We stayed at Nagi Beach Hotel for our honeymoon in May and had an amazing time. The staff were so friendly, spoke good enough English, and were always helpful. I spent a week in Nagi Beach Hotel in July 2025. The hotel was spotless, rooms were cleaned daily and the pool and beach area were immaculate. We were bed and breakfast, but I wish we had gone half board as the evening meal looked great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic week at Nagi Beach Hotel. The setting is perfect with the swimming pool and beach so close it is hard to decide what to do for the day. The hotel and surrounding area are spotless with the staff continually cleaning. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast always had something different to eat. We had a great stay at this hotel, and considering we booked on a budget it massively exceeded expectations! Pros: cleaning! the staff were constantly picking litter, wiping down surfaces, I’ve never seen such spotless public toilets! beach! and layout of the seated area was really homely with a beautiful olive tree offering shade in the garden and a family of local cats spotted bathing in the grassy...
