Average hotel. Room was small. Staff do not speak english . Garden / grass not well maintained. Iron we borrowed was rusty and left marks on clothing. Pool area and beach area are small - not many beach chairs available. Cigarette butts on the sand. Prices are high at bar.

Enjoyed our stay at Serpina. Didn’t know what to expect but it was just the right size hotel and facilities we wanted for a quick week away. Returned from another great 2 weeks at the Serpina. What makes this hotel are Ali, Engin, Mehmet and all of the brilliant staff. Nothing is too much for them. Everyone is made welcome whether you are a newbie or a returning guest like us.

Hotel facade is really nice but…. Rooms are definitely not what you would expect from the pictures on various websites. No natural light due to fact there is no windows in the room. There hotel and facilities were beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety to choose from. The decor is quirky and the rooms are tight on space but the helpful, friendly staff, the many quiet places to sit and read or talk and the amazing breakfast make it easy to overlook any shortcomings in the room (a little more space to place your luggage would be great). We had a great stay at Hotel Centro. The location is very convenient and near a lot of different restaurants and even the Marina. The rooms were comfortable and neat. We did have a few issues with the Wifi and air conditioning unit in the rooms but the staff were always extremely helpful and their kindness more than makes up for any small issues.

The hotel itself is pleasant, clean, somewhat basic. But what elevates it to a five star rating is the hospitality and warmth of the staff.
