not bad , no room service, you should ask for it many times, bad breakfast, no fridge was in the room ,i ask for it and they did take it from another room , shower was pouring water outside the toilet, ,also they do have a special way to interfere with all people from other countries, and another way to talk and interfere with bulgarian people, i feel like it's racism, but it still the best for 300 Lr per day for each person

If you are coming from the main street coming from the center of town, the hotel entrance is on a side street to your left and the entrance is on the left just after the corner (there is a furniture shop underneath). Now, I stayed in this small hotel for more than a month in the summer season. It's a rather busy hotel with many customers coming and going daily. I was given a room on the second floor with air conditioning, two beds, TV, cabinet, and bed side table. The toilet shower had several issues, including broken glass and knobs. Some rooms have no air conditioning. In summer, in a room under the roof, it would be impossible to stay without air conditioning. The normal price was 160 lira a night but I got a discount due to me staying for several days to begin with. Due to the high volume of overnight customers the staff is very busy cleaning all the rooms all day long, which makes for a clean environment. Yet, the overall feeling is not of tidiness. The cleaning staff is overworked and there is no attention to details. Not infrequently I found myself having to get up in the middle of the night to ask people to stop talking in the corridor from one room to another. Perhaps some more efforts should be made by the receptionist to make customers arriving late aware that there are other customers sleeping. I did not ask for frequent linen or towel change but they were changed when asked, although in almost all occasions certain aspects of the cleaning remained undone. Overall all the staff here was pleasant, but only few spoke English. The breakfast is the classic Turkish breakfast of olives, cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, honey and butter, tea or coffee and bread and an egg usually. However, the breakfast area is right in front of a dusty road and also customers are allowed to smoke, making it rather uncomfortable, if not impossible, for someone like me who hates smoking, to enjoy one's breakfast. I usually solved this by going down at the very end of the breakfast time, but then I would find the place rather dirty. I would need to agree with some other reviewers that improvements could be made to the order and cleanliness of the breakfast area. This is not a wheelchair accessible hotel, and is most suitable for short stays.
