I found out the building hotel is located was designed by Mimar Sinan. This is the place to stay in Edirne. Amazing breakfast, best location, wonderful staff.

As the hotel is authentic, the rooms are really small and uncomfortable. The floor is loud and you can hear everyone else sleeping there, especially if someone is in the lobby, where there were loud people until late at night. I had to turn off the fridge too, because it was really hard to sleep with all that noise. The cleaning was great and the breakfast was okay. The service was polite. They spoke English okay at the reception. The parking was not really close to the hotel - about 3-5 minutes walk. There are some bakeries down the street and though the day your rooms smells pretty bad as well, at least from the side we were staying, so you need to keep the windows shut. Overall for an authentic experience and a very good location in the city, I recommend staying for no more than a day.

Picked up this hotel mainly due to the “parking available”. Yes parking was available in a nearby lot, unattended at nigh.
Located in a 500 years old building. It was a small but nice garden, where breakfast is served.
It was ok for one night, but I would not go back. Of course this is my personal opinion.
