Despite being a Ramada hotel, the staff were incredibly indifferent. The cleanliness was terrible; there wasn't even a single towel in the room, and despite our requests, they brought it with extremely grumpy faces. There weren't even french fries at breakfast. Absolutely mediocre and disappointing.

An beyond awful hotel experience, definitely recommended, stay in any hostel, it's better, that's it. -The rooms are not hygienic at all (the rooms were never cleaned during my stay, the garbage overflowed, there were yellowed towels, I didn't even dry myself in the bathroom) -The breakfast is a disgrace (the food has no taste, tastes hot like belts, stomach cells are damaged during the day, you eat with spoons and forks, the coffee machine leaks yellow water) -Employees are arrogant (there is not a single solution-oriented employee, they are constantly fighting, there is no one you can communicate with) Do not say that people coming from abroad will have to stay in a hotel that wants to take their families in their pocket, there is nothing to do, do not put yourself in their place. 0 STARS

It's a great hotel with everything. The staff is very friendly and caring. The best part of our vacation was the time we spent in the hotel gym. If my wife and I come to Turkey from now on, we will definitely stop here. We also loved the food, thank you for everything!

Last night we stayed here but it was awful terrible hotel, the bathroom wasn’t clean it was the worst hotel we’ve stayed in Edirne. Not worth 1 star!!!! And we payed 150 euro for 2 adults en 2 child. Really this is not oke and we will never ever stay here again

Very many disappointments, nothing was good. Despite my booking, payment and confirmation, I still had to pay again to be able to rest after a long journey. They are not cooperative. Had a very bad experience. I absolutely do not recommend it. A big disappointment. Traumatic for our entire family, very unfortunate :(

Arkadaşlarımla iki günlük edirne gezimizde konakladık otel beklentilerimizin üstünde bir kaliteye ve konfora sahipti yemekleri ve imkanları konumu itibariyle harika. Personeller çok ilgili ve kibarlar. Günün yorgunluğunu fitness salonunda atabiliyorsunuz.

Very bad and expensive rooms, its nasty and the hygene is horible. No party Hall. The breakfast is really bad, only 1 salami and boiled eggs, no anything that can deal with hunger. Never again.

Filthy is the only word I can use. Dirt everywhere. The staff didn't speak any other language than Turkish. At the center of Edirne, close to the open market.
