Fatih Apart Hotel in Dalyan

A wonderful stay in a clean, comfortable, and welcoming place. The atmosphere is peaceful and family-like, and the staff made us feel at home from the first moment. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely apartments from the minute you arrive, we arrived later than planned after delay with our flight smooth transfer and were welcomed to the apartments with a drink and time to relax before being shown to our room, which was room 7 it was massive with 2 rooms and 2 balconies - very clean and well equipped. The pool area is lovely and never packed so no searching and reserving of sunbeds which was such a novelty nowadays Located about 10 minutes walk from the river the the main town it is very peaceful and relaxing The mosquitos are prolific near the river but with spray we managed to not be eaten alive by them Plenty supermarkets and restaurants close by and lots of people on 3 wheel electric buggies The apartments allow you to have a tab and pay at the end of the stay which is a great idea, we paid by card at checkout which saved us using all our lire up in the hotel the bank charges for withdrawing cash from ATMs are steep I felt. The restaurant is run by Rose the food is delicious and all home cooked to order try her home made lemonade so refreshing and delicious 😋 2 brothers run the bar area and are always available to assist they seem to have a lot of repeat customers but we did not feel excluded as sometimes happens where people return year after year which was lovely Overall a lovely peaceful holiday at family run apartments of a great standard

We stayed at Fatih Apart Hotel as a family of 5 and had a truly wonderful time. Fatih, Kaan and Rose were incredible hosts who made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is spotless, comfortable and has a wonderful pool area that is always well maintained. It is in a great location too, peaceful, but just a short walk into Dalyan centre. The rooms are fairly basic and could benefit from some modernising, but they were clean and had most things we needed for a comfortable stay. The only small downside was the air conditioning and safe charges which were chargeable extras. In our two-bedroom apartment, only one bedroom had air con, and the second unit was in the lounge, which meant the second bedroom did not really cool down. With the July heat, this was extremely noticeable, but it did not take away from how much we enjoyed our stay - Kaan really tried to help by calling the air con engineer out to check the lounge unit out etc. A real highlight was Rose’s home-cooked food, which was fresh, delicious and full of flavour. It gave such a special, homely touch to our holiday. Overall, these were only minor points in what was otherwise a perfect experience. We cannot recommend Fatih Apart Hotel enough and hope to return.

Lovely place to stay. Lovely pool area peaceful and no sunbed wars.Food was delicious. The hosts are friendly and helpful.The room we had was a attic room and very spacious. Would definitely recommend. But if you are not so mobile maybe ask for a ground floor.its a 7 minute walk to dalyan but there are bars a little closer.

Once again, another fantastic holiday at this very welcoming, family friendly hotel. Fatih, Kaan, Rose and all the staff always go above and beyond to ensure our holiday is a good one. The food is superb, all freshly cooked, and the bar area is great. This was our 3rd stay here, first in 2017, second in 2024, and lastly August this year with our family, 11 of us in total. Fatih and his family are now like our extended family. Lovely people. If you’re looking for a family holiday in Dalyan, this is the place for you!!!

An amazing holiday at this lovely family run hotel. Nice quiet location but still walkable to town. Great pool, great food, great service. The two brothers and mum always happy to help us out, offer advice, and make our stay special.

We returned last week a family of 4 from a lovely holiday staying at the Fatih Apartments. The apartments are basic pool area is spotless no sunbeds wars which was a blessing in itself. Fatih , Kaan and all the family look after you and made our holiday very special in Dalyan .....would we stay again .....100%. Thanks for making it a wonderful holiday we even enjoyed the raki😂!

Overall we definitely had an enjoyable stay here. The rooms are basic and a little old fashioned. You get a fridge, kettle and a 2 ring plug in hob. No microwave or oven or any cooking facilities really considering it is self catering so be prepared to eat out the majority of the time. We were split across 2 rooms being a family of 5 and the showers in both rooms sprayed everywhere and the temperatures were difficult to control. Although we enquired about aircon before travelling we were hit with an extra £140 to pay straight off for aircon in both rooms and one safe, disappointing not to be told about this beforehand. We had power cuts daily throughout our week stay and the WiFi whilst free isn’t the best. The food on site is amazing and the pancakes were a firm favourite of ours. The pool is clean and lovely plenty of floats for use and nice temperature. Shame the pool doesn’t have a shallower part but we used it every day. No fights over sunbeds either which is bliss. Very close walk to the local corner shop which was very reasonable and the town itself just a bit further. We found the mosquitoes were worse from 8.30 at night when they seemed to descend so be prepared. Staff on site friendly and helpful and lovely to stay in a small family run hotel.

First impressions of hotel were great, friendly welcome is what’s always needed after a long day of travel ! The brothers were lovely always there for your needs always asking if you’re okay and if you need anything. Room - two bedroom apartment on the top floor , two flights of stairs. Spacious living area and great sized room. This was a self catering apartment which I then felt let down the room. There was only a plug in hob, no microwave and no oven which I felt the room defo needed been self catering. Bathroom shower was perfect , no trickling like I have experienced in previous small hotels ! Sunbeds were always available what ever time you went down. Plenty of floats for children. Food at the hotel was good, we tried mixed grill toasties omelettes chicken strips spicy fries. Pancakes were huge and to die for 😊. The brothers helped book trips and would book taxis to town if need be. We booked with easyJet and had to pay for aircon on arrival which we wasn’t told about. £10 a day ! Place was very clean all over 15 min walk to town , it was just to hot to walk so we hired an electric trike for £15 a day We ate out as four adults meals in town were £80/£110 Beach a boat ride away 200tl return Taxi to town 200tl Mozzies are rife here, specially in the evening buy there spray it’s the only thing that kept them away !

Staying at Fatih Apart Hotel was one of the best decisions of our trip. From the moment we arrived, Kaan and his wonderful family made us feel truly welcome. They were always kind, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time. You could feel it in the atmosphere – their hospitality brought all the guests together, and it created such a warm, friendly vibe throughout the whole place. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The garden and pool area were beautiful and peaceful – perfect for relaxing after a day out in Dalyan. We met lovely people during our stay, and it honestly felt like one big family by the end. We’re so grateful for the experience and already looking forward to coming back.
