The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleaning service was adequate. However, the 'do more with less' approach with limited staff is completely unacceptable for the service one expects from a 5-star complex. Despite this, F&B Manager Gökhan BEKTAŞ and his team were very attentive and friendly.

Ms. Duru was incredibly helpful, and we instantly knew we'd enjoy our stay the moment we stepped into the hotel. This hotel offers excellent value for money; you truly get more than what you pay for. We were extremely pleased with everything and will definitely be visiting again next year.

Cheerful hotel with fantastic views of Marmaris bay right by the beach (literally the beach is over a footpath and you're there, as seen from the photos!). Went in the second week of November, the final week before it closed for the season. Food was above-average to good for Turkey, but odds are you'll be eating out anyway. We have come when the season is at a close. The hotel itself has everything you need. Rooms are clean and got all the basic essentials, tv, hairdryer, mini fridge etc. Cleaner has the quickest and efficient service going. Highly recommend getting a room with sea/pool view. Beautiful location, wonderful staff and very chilled vibes - a great opportunity to meet people from across the world. The perfect place to take a book, unwind and work on your tan - and really close to lots of lively bars and shows if you want something more upbeat on a night. Would return in a minute!

I cannot fault the staff, location and service in this hotel. The only negative thing i can say its the selection of drinks or the lack of selection, most of the premium drinks were chargable. I highly recommend this Hotel for the sea front and private beach, overall a great location as not in the middle of a noisy centre town.

Cettia Beach is a nice hotel located in a slightly quieter area of Marmaris. There are lots of shops and restaurants around. You can walk into the centre of Marmaris or jump on a bus for 40 lira. Amazing Turkish Bath Experience! Our first time trying a Turkish bath and we absolutely loved it! The staff at Lalila Blue were welcoming and professional, and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. We enjoyed it so much, we came back again on our last day. The Lalila Blue Suites is a very nice hotel but it is a smoking heaven so if you don't smoke I wouldn't recommend it. The management say they don't allow smoking in rooms but you will find an ashtray and matches provided. They also say they remove towels after breakfast from reserved sunbeds that aren't being used. We just had a lovely 5 days with this very pleasant hotel. The food was good all around. The room was very comfortable and clean. Location is not a bad walk straight down to town & very close to the beach front.

I was on the hotel for 7 days! I like the yard, it has bars, a lot of pools! For five stars hotel It has minuses! The rooms are very small for 3 people. The lighting in the rooms was very dim! On to the food It was good, but not perfect. The staff was very good. They were very kind with guests! They did their job very well! In general it was very well! It’s so beautiful! Great hotel and the staff were amazing. The room was a bit small and we got a two single beds and we can’t push them together as there was electrical outlets in between them. Food was great so much to eat and it changed everyday. With four pools and a private beach area you always could find a sun bed.
