Basic hotel and location around Marmaris. Visited family who were staying in the hotel complex. The pool was a sun trap in the hight of summer. The food on site was reasonable price and quality though with arcade and other paid for amenities. The atmosphere was relaxed but the location was away from the main strip of Marmaris

The biggest selling point is definitely the staff. They are very friendly and you will be well taken care of. The rooms are great for what you’re paying, comfortable space with a balcony, it does the job nicely. The location is good depend on what you’re wanting, you’re close to the strip, giving you easy access to a lot of cheap restaurants and shops but it’s quite a bit of a walk from the old town...

I have just arrived home from an 10 night stay at Club Sun Smile. I have only positive things to say, the atmosphere around the place was great, the staff as other people have said are the best in Turkey and nothing is to much for them from the cleaning maids to the bar and restaurant staff. This hotel was beautiful, only downside is u pay £35 a week for aircon but its only in the bedroom even leaving the doors open it doesn't circulate.. but overall the staff are amazing, cleaners are lovely and friendly and will definitely go again.

Excellent hotel to stay at if you need place near Marmaris Yacht Marina. Shabir will make you feel welcome and the hospitality is over the top. Serves delicious, healthy breakfast. Lunch and dinner are within a short walk to some lovely restaurants.

The best place we slept in Turkey! This cute family hotel really has a peaceful and welcoming feeling. We wish we could have this experience all around as this has not been beaten by any stay. The breakfast had much variety, the rooms are very spacious and clean. Keep in mind the hotel has no elevator this could be an issue to some.

We stayed here for 3 days, and overall highly satisfied with our accommodation. The price is also average and the rooms we stayed had AC, a mini fridge, personal WC and bathroom. Even the mini wardrobe included hangers for clothes. We were so happy with their breakfast as well, the food quality was perfect. We only used the pool once, but the pool was clean and there were sun-beds for sunbathing too...

Our family spent 2 weeks here, we had the Best time this family run apartment is clean tidy and helpful in every way the staff and managers are there 24/7 to help in anyway. Food was very good too.
