Awesome hotel throughout cleanliness food quality staff attitude all amazing and the spa is one of the best I have ever been to, the staff in the spa are extremely polite and knowledgeable definitely recommend this to anybody and will be coming back again

I visited Sky Spa and Fitness at this hotel after reading reviews. This was no disappointment and one of my best experiences during my time in Turkey. After advice I opted for a hammam and a massage

The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the lady who helped me with emergency transfer to the airport (my pre-booked transfer didn't arrive), really grateful. Food was good, especially the dessert table

It was such a lovely experience made even better by the spa manager Katarina, who treated us so well and made us feel special. Big shout out to the ladies given the treatments

Spent a few days here and first impressions were how clean everything was. The staff were all friendly and super helpful. Guest relations were always on hand for recommendations and advice

Only one thing that was inconvenient in the room we stayed in (double sea side view), was the lack of main light, there were only dim lights because of which was unable to find and see our stuff properly

The food was good, with a wide selection salad bar and hot plate foods to choose from. Good enough to go for seconds. The staff worked tirelessly and we're always happy to help

They rooms were ok, just no drawers to put your clothes in, house keeping was good, some of the waiters were better than others, same with the reception staff

about twenty mins walk in town centre n beach. not great entertainment in the evening. free WiFi in hotel which is always good news

The only thing that let it down was the location of our room just at the elevator and late night guests didn't worry about other sleeping guest. Chico the entertainment staff was brilliant

A modern hotel with good customer service we had some limitations in communication with the staff as most of them don't understand and speak english so we had to reach to one of the receptionist who was kind of knowledgeable in english

I was tented to offer less stars at this review but I guess it's just about one man and the parking spots and also the door lock from the balcony that was about to fall, but the hotel itself and the other staff was really nice

Fantastic little hotel , food outstanding, staff can’t do enough for you to make your stay just perfect, From the minute you arrive reception staff always have a smile for you , Ferman & his team on the beach look after your every need , if you need help or information Ferman is your man

Waiters/bar staff also look after you very well with a pleasant smile & take time to chat & make you feel welcome, Messi , Irish , ozzy & omar that just to name a few are fantastic, ALL the staff here treat you with respect

Other people can come onto the beach but we've never had a problem getting a bed. The rooms are average size but it has everything you want, including a fridge, kettle and hairdryer. Coffee/ tea is put in the room daily

We always get a seaview room the views are beautiful , lovely to sit with a coffee on the balcony. The restaurant is lovely and the food is beautiful. If you're all inclusive you pick off a menu

It was lovely to be back at our favourite hotel. We met up with other couples that we had met during COVID. The hotel is adult only and the beach is a few footsteps across the boardwalk

There was one member of staff that made our trip by far the best holiday we have EVER had in our 40 yrs of marriage. "Irish" not his real name i imagine, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us

The AC works well and no problem with that. Over all ot has a nice atmosphere and I recommend it if they can help with the door locking as well

This feels more like a 2-star than a 3-star hotel. The room was small, with old furniture and bathroom, and the overall hygiene was poor (even the pillowcase was stained)

The staff always went above and beyond for us and we were sad to have to say goodbye. The Myra is central to all of the shops, bars and activities which made everything so much easier. I 1000% would recommend the Myra!

On the positive side, the staff were helpful and kind, and the location is great – just a 5-minute walk to the beach, though you need a dolmuş to reach the center

The Myra hotel is such an amazing place for us to spend our holiday. The rooms were nice and clean, the food never disappoints and the wonderful caring staff made our stay truly memorable

We stayed at this hotel in june with our friends from Liverpool what can we say had a great two weeks sun beds not a problem in the morning food was good something for everyone drinks great pools clean and nice size rooms very clean we have booked to come back next June manager very nice any problems sorted straight thanks for our stay see you next year

We have just finished a 5 day stay at this hotel and we cannot fault it at all. It was so so clean, the staff were friendly, everyone was very polite. Every corner you turned someone was cleaning

Loved this hotel, the photos don’t even do it justice of how nice and clean it is. All the staff are very helpful from the reception, to the bar and even to the maids, they were all wonderful

Arrived at Cihanturk greeted by filiz and erdogan who welcomed me very friendly and professional stayed at Cihanturk several times before and and highly recommend here close to the blueport and beachfront perfect location staff all lovely showers powerful and spacious room was immaculate big comfortable double bed and a seaview breakfast was lovely scrambled eggs boiled eggs toast all jams fruit cereal...

Stayed here years ago and it was a great experience. This time, we were disappointed because bathroom was not clean, pillows were flat and the beds were uncomfortable. Not a notable improvement in the rooms

Not the best but has everything you need. Should be 3 stars at best not 4. Beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Has 3 pools, 2 outdoors and 1 indoor. There's a kebab shop right outside of you don't like the hotel food

It's dirty, the most of people who work here don't understand English well, and it's always not enough cups for tea and when they appear they are not properly washed. Evening animation is very good

There are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. The sea is 1 km and it will take you 15 to get here

Very close to the beach, in the market. Breakfast is free and sufficient. Hot soup, hot pastries and their varieties are ready very early in the morning. It can be preferred by the family

We would like to state that we will happily stay again

For this price, this hotel should not be preferred unless necessary and do not believe the parking lot on the sites. There are 6-7 parking spaces for a hotel with 60 rooms and you may have to park your car 1 km away

The only plus is its location) the sea and the promenade are literally one minute walk! nearby a sea of ​​shops and cafes

Breakfast is minimum which is held at the restuarant. I cant really blame the hotel for this as its a service from another bissuness for the hotel, but because its included in your package there still somewhat resposibke

Negative Your in the action part of of town where there are restuarants and bars which comes with load music. This music normaly stops by 1am latest. You cannot open your large lugguage and leave it open to live from

The hotel is immaculate with daily room service. The communal areas are some of the cleanest I have seen including the pool. There is air-conditioning in the rooms and for a small fee, use of the security safe

Our room wasn't right when we got there but the lovely staff at reception, Ahmed, soon sorted it out and we were given a lovely ground floor room which was lovely and roomy

This was our first time in Marmaris and this hotel did not disappoint. It is centrally located with all amenities within walking distance. Sunbeds are never an issue on the beach or around the pool when we stayed

The staff in the restaurant and bar were lovely and friendly. Jimmy who was in charge of entertainment was great always trying to encourage people to join in. The nightly entertainment was good and varied

We are looking forward to returning next year

There's music playing from 10am so if you like peace and quiet you won't get it at the hotel pool put the hotel has a private beach in front of the hotel and plenty of sun beds

Just home from club atrium on the 24/9/2025 had a amazing week the staff go above and beyond to make your holiday special and as for the entertainment team Mr You , Bam bam , Curly , Ozzy , and Simba where absolutely outstanding if I could give this place a 10/10 I would even the food was sensational cannot wait to go back

I went with my nan and had no problems was welcomed by all staff and my nan with bad mobility they gave us a reserved seat so then she didn’t walk after to toilet and to the room

The location is right in the center and very close to the beach. There are three options for their breakfast and it is quite enough. If I come again, I will stay again

This hotel has a super convenient location in the heart of town. Nothing super fancy but all was clean and functional. We stayed in the separate building. It has 4 rooms so we had whole building to ourselves

Everything is close by, the bazaar, supermarkets and for food, so the location is more than ideal, it is a MUST. The only issue, some parts of the building are a bit narrow, but I am a large person

We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Marmaris and found it to be very average overall exactly what you’d expect for the price. It wasn’t luxurious by any means, but we got what we paid for

If we return to Marmaris and are looking for a budget friendly option, we might consider staying here again. The hotel is very central to the town and beach

The basics were covered, and while the facilities weren't fancy, they were functional enough for a short stay. One standout experience was meeting the cleaning lady. She was incredibly kind, lively, and welcoming

It's a good hotel for the price, no cockroaches, clean. It's a bit old, but it's in a quiet neighborhood.

She made sure we had everything we needed, including extra toiletries, and chatting with her was genuinely a highlight of our stay

No need to worry about bad employees like in other hotels. It's run by a family and they work as hard as possible to make your stay extremely pleasurable. They constantly gave me free drinks

The rooms come with slippers for the washrooms. The free breakfast is delicious. A really good restaurant just across the corner

If you have a car, parking might be problem but we stayed not high season and no parking problem

Nothing else to like and after great consideration we concluded that this was the worse hotel we’d ever stayed, as couple who have travelled on a monthly basis for around 10 years, that’s saying something!

You can rent a car at the hotel itself. Take it to see all of Marmaris. The hotel itself has rooms with old repairs and furniture. But! Everything is clean and cozy. The rooms have a refrigerator and a hairdryer

Hotel is a really nice place great staff and perfect location. All ways clean and fresh. It has a tippical Turkish breakfast but has somthing for everyone even omlets if you ask. We will definitely be going back

Good price for a hotel room with a wonderful sea view. In the city centre. There are hundreds of shops, restaurants and cafes around. And the minibuses that go to the bus station pass very close to the hotel.

A Wonderful Stay at Serin Hotel! I recently stayed at Serin Hotel and had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful
