All 7 days I’ve been there no hot water at all
Starts getting better…. free WiFi ? Okay I’m in my apartment I can’t even get a connection WiFi if poor couldn’t even. Connect again I had to pay further 7 pounds a day with my network provider to keep my daughter happy..
Balcony had all coffee marks all over the wall don’t
See all staff helping other holiday makers and offering help but as soon as we left not one of the staff offered to help me or my wife even if u think how hard it is to deal with a autistic child especially no WiFi and getting charged days with out using air con rip off me personally I won’t ever visit that hotel again I’ll avoid it while u can food isn’t the best either!
The blankets in hotel don’t even cover a couple sharing a bed!
The kettle keeps on boiling and boiling
Sofa bed is hard gave me back aches and didn’t enjoy one good night sleep my sister that came along she stayed one night and ended up booking some where else for a few nights

The fire alarm wasn’t just a “one night” occurrence like you stated, it occurred on multiple nights and one of the nights it occurred twice. I do not blame you for the blackout as that’s not controllable I understand that and stated that you are not responsible for that. You didn’t change “My” room you changed the room of our travel partners who both suffer from mobility issues you moved them down a floor. They still had to climb a flight of stairs.
The room itself didn’t bother me as a person I’ve stayed in hostels I’ve had worse but it may annoy other residents. I’m still perplexed on why you decided to mention the cleaning staff as I didn’t mention them (I should of as they did an amazing job) so your reference is completely unorthodox and an attempt to dodge my statement of the fire alarm in my room not working. As a someone from Britain if a fire alarm is working and has power an LED will blink every couple of seconds. This may be different in turkey however.
I didn’t ask to change rooms or have any of my issues fixed because I simply wasn’t fussed but as I previously mentioned it’s for the other customers. I have already stayed here they have not so my review is there for others not for me. You also have completely dodged my mention of safety in room such as a hole in the wall leading to wires with 110 volts 16-20 amps and 50Hz which although not fatal will definitely result in injury. Also the balcony being held on with masking tape… it’s preposterous.
The staff were great very helpful. And when my little one was poorly with chicken called the doctor for me. They let us stay in r room so didn't have to change hotels when we couldn't fly home . Food was lovely.
