Family owned motel recently renewed. Everything is brand new. It has a beautiful private beach just 10 steps away. Clean and refurnished rooms, good service, ideal for a peaceful vacation.

Best hotel in Marmaris. It’s located just between Icmeler and Marmaris with beautiful view and beach.
The owners is a great family and it’s like being home.

So I booked this uysal motel , booked it online the pictures didn’t look anything like the place it was literally like a prison cell soon as I’ve walked in there was a cockroach inside , room was tiny
Bathroom was like a wardrobe
Only thing good was the balcony that’s all
The staff are useless as they can’t understand anything you saying
Only 1 staff that could understand
The old guy in kitchen just starts shouting at you godknows what he was saying
They have fridge in the room which don’t even work
Tv didn’t work
But oh well won’t be coming bk to this hotel terrible service

We enjoyed our stay at uysal marmaris, the owner and the team were very kind and helpful. Not a typical commercial place and you can really feel at home. The price is good for what it offers (a bit old and basic but clean and well preserved), and the location is very nice and balcony view very beautiful, sun rising infront of my bed from the mountains behind the sea in the morning was the best experience.

We have stayed at the Uysal Motel several times and it was always very family-like. Hayrettin and his entire team are very friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. We always feel very comfortable there, like at home. The location of the hotel, on the outskirts of Marmaris, right by the sea, with its own small beach, is perfect. We enjoy it so much to stay there and we are already looking forward to the next time. See you soon, dear Uysal Motel team.

Perfect spot to stay over if you are in Marmaris. The people that are working in the hotel are really friendly and the service is as it should be, calm and helpful. The rooms are also good with airco. Location wise it is in a more peaceful part of the town, for us perfect

The owner was so friendly, the beach was nice and clean, every thing was great, but not for who sleep soon at night! Their neighbours have Bar, music and show loudly stream till 12.

Five stars because the price is right for this level of hotel, so no one is cheating. The rooms are a little dated, but have been kept in very good condition and super clean. Lovely view from the balcony....another plus point. The owners are very nice family people and breakfast is only 80L ....bargain for the area. Definitely reccomend!

The place is what I can only describe as great the staff are will to help in any way without being overbearing the in-house food was excellent and the proximity to everything made it a 10 for me

Before I came here, I searched all hotels around. To be honest, I didnt read good stuff about them. So most people write good comment for Uysal Motel and I booked it. I am happy with motel. The location is amazing. Breakfast is so delicious and fresh.😋
The owner and who works here, they are very friendly. If you do online business, the internet is a bit slow for it but for socialasing its ok!

Found great goat’s milk homemade ice cream being sold near here. Fresh, small-batch, artisan ice cream made with local honey (not too sweet though). Friendly owner - good, honest, and hospitable person. Only 1 euro per scoop, by the way! I would highly recommend. They also sell jars of local honey.

This place was our home for 1 month. It doesn't feel like you are in the hotel. It is rather like you visit your relatives. Everything was friendly and wonderful. Very grean yard, nice beach you see in front of your villa, traditional turkish breakfast. I wish I come back at Beach Wood Villas next year.
