This hotel is just horrible in one word. I changed the room as the first room lost electric power. Even though I reported it in the morning, it was not set right even after we came back in the evening. They gave another room. It has no hit water supply. No tea and electric kettle in the room. The only good thing is that there is a building, and it is very well located. All rooms have a sea view. And that is all. Nobody picks up the phone in the lobby. No way you can get a bottle of water. You need to go out and walk 50 m to buy it. This hotel just does not give/sell drinking water.

I went there with a friend a few years ago, and I have nothing to say about it. It's welcoming, clean, and the food is plentiful morning and evening. The hotel is well located, and if the opportunity arises, I'll be back.

This is a hotel I've stayed at with great fondness and which I remember from the past, and now I wanted to revisit it. I came with two different friends in two different years, and I was very pleased with both of them. The staff is very friendly, and the hotel has a family-like atmosphere. The current prices are also quite reasonable compared to the usual ones. Housekeeping was also good.

This was our families first time in Turkey and I can't say enough how pleased I am with our choice. The hotel is good, clean, nice rooms and amenities as well. Animation team was loads of fun for kids and adults alike. The best feature of the whole hotel in my humble opinion was the SPA and it's main guy Bülent. This gentleman has God given hands and I did the best investment in the recent years in my self when I purchased a big pack of 8 massages. The Turkish bath experience is fenomenal and I even repeated it at the end of my stay with my husband so that he could have the same experience as me. There are very nice aquatic activities near by the outside of the hotel although we went with a far less expensive and still at the same level experience a bit further away from the hotel. If there is something to criticise about the hotel it'll be the normal working ours for the gym that should be at a 5 ⭐ hotel Open 24/7 with a badge reader thus an all inclusive client can use it whenever he/she want. Second would be the fact that some of the night activities that the animation team/company organised are payed extra. This kind of thing has never happened to me in an all-inclusive in europ. Apart from that the rest is only positive. Loads of things for kids to play and that's why we chose this particular hotel. I recommend it.

Very nice hotel on the sand beach. Staff very friendly, all the time ready to help, answer for all questions. Animation at day, also on the night very nice. Room it's clean Figen make really good job. I really recommend this hotel.

After recently staying at Palm Hotel in Kusadasi, I would highly rate this Hotel to stay. Hotel was clean and comfortable and close to amenities and great location and view of the beach. Found staff to be professional, were very helpful and friendly. A great selection of various foods served at breakfast and had a nice pool. Thank you all, we really enjoyed our stay!!

The Palm Hotel truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warm and friendly reception team made us feel right at home. A special shoutout to Mutlu, my twin Namiye, my little sister and my little brother Khan are the best reception team you could ask for! They seem to understand every language and are incredibly helpful with directions and local recommendations. Their customer service is absolutely second to none.
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided each day. The pool is a perfect refreshing escape, whether you dip in before breakfast, during a break from sunbathing, or to cool off in the evening. The poolside bar and food service make it easy to relax without ever needing to leave your lounger.
Breakfast is generous, with a great variety to choose from. If you’re an egg lover, you’re in luck! Fatima will cook them just the way you like. And don’t miss the desserts. Duydl makes the best cakes ever!
