Wonderful hotel, the suites are spacious and modern, all areas are well kept and clean. Lovely pool area. The food was excellent. The only drawback is that there are many steps around the accommodation if you struggle with walking it may not be suitable.
However, for families with kids, it’s not ideal. The kid's pool is far from the main pool and pretty small. It’s also uncomfortably hot, which makes it less fun for both kids and parents. Plus, the amenities like the bar and servers are much better at the main pool, which kids can’t use.
Navigating the hotel with a stroller was quite challenging. There are numerous steps and narrow pathways that made it difficult to move around easily. Additionally, it seems that accessibility for disabled people is lacking, which could be a significant issue for guests requiring special accommodations.
I also noticed a lot of influencers hyping this place up. Honestly, their reviews seem a bit misleading.
If we had stayed here without kids, I would rate it five stars due to its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms. However, given the challenges we faced as a family, I would give it three stars.
Despite everything, as I mentioned numerous times, the staff is amazing. Thanks to everyone who served us so well during our stay.
There is no need to look for any other restaurants in Turunc, simply hotel restorant is amazing.
I would definetely recommend this place whoever is looking for a relaxing stay in the wonderful nature.
if you want to be treated like absolute garbage and be yelled at then this is the place for you!
i came here with my family looking forward to a relaxing vacation for 5 nights and it was the worst thing we have ever done to ourselves. first of all every single receptionist is ruder than the other. they have absolutely no respect for you or your needs. they scream at you instead of explain to you every time! absolutely disrespectful please do not waste your money and energy here.
