We had a beautiful suite which was very clean and the room had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We also took our dog who was welcomed with treats and dog bowls. The hotel's location is excellent, and the cleaning service was adequate. However, the 'do more with less' approach with limited staff is completely unacceptable for the service one expects from a 5-star complex. Despite this, F&B Manager Gökhan BEKTAŞ and his team were very attentive and friendly.

Ms. Duru was incredibly helpful, and we instantly knew we'd enjoy our stay the moment we stepped into the hotel. This hotel offers excellent value for money; you truly get more than what you pay for. We were extremely pleased with everything and will definitely be visiting again next year.

The experience was really nice at the hotel. Its very spacious with three pools and a lot of greenery. The entertainment team was amazing with a lot of energy and fun interactive activities. I was on the hotel for 7 days! I like the yard, it has bars, a lot of pools! For five stars hotel It has minuses! The rooms are very small for 3 people. The lighting in the rooms was very dim! Great hotel and the staff were amazing. The room was a bit small and we got a two single beds and we can’t push them together as there was electrical outlets in between them. Food was great so much to eat and it changed everyday. With four pools and a private beach area you always could find a sun bed.
