We chose the Tui hotel in Marmaris due to reading excellent reviews and it exceeded expectations in almost every area.
We arrived in the afternoon to a bellboy taking our luggage and showing us to reception, the staff were very friendly and informative and gave us a welcome drink.
Rooms were spacious, bed was large and extremely comfortable, shower was excellent also. We also had daily bottled water and lots of little extras in the bathroom which were welcomed. Unfortunately, our room overlooked another hotel which disturbed my husbands sleep after a few nights, once raised with reception we were promptly moved to a quieter area of the hotel.
Entertainment was in my opinion well above average, I had worried after reading reviews but shouldn't have as we enjoyed every night.
The food was fantastic and plentiful, dining area's were very clean and our waiter for our duration was lovely and attentive.
I was also worried about the fact we had our 8yr old son with us as thete were mixed reviews on children being at the hotel but he had a great time and was treated lovely by the staff and guests.
Ruth gives a personal touch, she remembers guests names which I think is great and I asked if my son could see the rescued tortoise and she rang the room to arrange this for him which he was excited about, she also came to see us off on our journey home. Having worked in customer service for most of my working life this was appreciated.
The beach bar is panaramic views of the sea and mountains.....just beautiful.
Levante restraunt was gorgeous.
The only negative I have is the pool, I love to swim but the pool was far too cold, I braved it twice but it was that cold I actually found it hard to swim. I realise it was coming to the end of the season but paying a premium to stay in this hotel surely in the later months the pool could be heated?

We stayed at a good hotel in August 2020. We liked everything, the food was good, the snack bar menu was delicious, and the a la carte restaurant on the rooftop included one dinner in the tour price. The rooms were good. There was a lazy river. There was animation, but it was weak. Renting a scooter was a good idea, we traveled all over Marmaris, both into the city and to the neighboring bays.

In short, this is the best hotel we've ever stayed in! ❤️ In more detail, the hotel has many advantages: 👍🏻 stylish minimalist rooms 👍🏻 beautiful and well-maintained green grounds 👍🏻 a great beach with comfortable sun loungers 👍🏻 incredibly delicious food in the restaurant and amazing desserts 👍🏻 excellent service - unobtrusive, but always ready. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and ready to help, and the only problem (more on that below) was resolved quickly. A couple of downsides for us personally: 👎🏻 the lack of even minimal soundproofing of the windows - with the window closed the sound is the same as with it open - the entire evening show until 11:00 PM is right in your room, whether you want it or not 🙈 and we have a small child, and we didn't want it 🥲 but thanks to the staff - they moved us to the first available room of our category, but further from the stage 👎🏻 unclear service in the a la carte restaurant - a modest menu, a very long (almost an hour!) serving of dishes, while the main restaurant is much tastier, so after dinner we went back there for desserts 😁

Everyone at the front desk, except for Yasemin, was very kind, friendly, and warm. The food was good, the beach was nice, and everything was clean. However, Yasemin was so rude that she sent the English tourists off with flags, but told the Turkish tourists, ‘Come on, it’s 1 o’clock, time to leave.’ She was even disrespectful enough to warn us while we were eating. I gave one point less because of her. I hope she learns to treat Turkish citizens equally.

The Tui Blue Grand Azur is a haven of tranquility and sophistication and is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in - this is my 6th visit. The place draws you back, the atmosphere, the invisibility but efficiency of the staff, the food, cleanliness, spa and gym are wonderful but for me the beach and the beach bar looking across the sea at the islands means this place is my haven and escape and recharge

We were here last year and we had Booked a suite with a double balcony we enjoyed it so much we booked again for this year. We were given a suite with a tiny balcony as a wheelchair user it was not ideal for me the balcony could hardly fit 2 chairs on it. The first time we came we had a junior suite that was a lot bigger than this.The Service at reception was not a bit helpful. So i slated them here. I was contacted by the rep that there was not much at that time they could do straight away. 3 days later we were moved to the same room we had last year. Dont get me wrong we wanted a suite with a double balcony thinking that was what we had booked. So now a happy bunny we ended up with what was expected. They say there is a room selection u can ask for which we were not advised of till we got here. So i am now pleased to give them 5 stars all round if reception were a bit more helpful on 1st notification all this could have been resolved there and then. Thanks to the Tui rep for taking the time to step in and sort it 100% happy

Our experience at the Marmaris branch of Tru Blu International was extremely disappointing and remains unresolved months later.
We stayed for one night on August 16th, and from the moment we arrived, the stay was unacceptable. The hotel was unclean, the facilities were poorly maintained, and the food was inedible. Within an hour of checking in, we requested a refund due to the poor conditions, but we were told to contact the booking agent instead, who then advised the hotel had to issue the refund. Later, we were informed that the hotel had refused the refund, claiming we should have raised the issue earlier, even though we had done so almost immediately.
We were also told there were no cleaners available to make up the room we had not even used, despite seeing housekeeping and laundry staff working on our floor at the time. The manager was dismissive, unhelpful, and rude. This was especially disappointing as the stay was meant to be a birthday celebration and turned out to be one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had.
After leaving, we contacted Customer Relations Management about the experince, who confirmed on the 22nd of August that a full refund would be issued. Since then, nothing has been done. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails and making several expensive international calls, we have received no response from anyone on the team.
This situation has gone far beyond a poor hotel experience. It has shown a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers. The company clearly acknowledged the issue and promised a refund, yet months later there has been no action or communication of any kind.
