We stayed at a good hotel in August 2020. We liked everything, the food was good, the snack bar menu was delicious, and the a la carte restaurant on the rooftop included one dinner in the tour price. The rooms were good. There was a lazy river. There was animation, but it was weak. Renting a scooter was a good idea, we traveled all over Marmaris, both into the city and to the neighboring bays.

In short, this is the best hotel we've ever stayed in! ❤️ In more detail, the hotel has many advantages: 👍🏻 stylish minimalist rooms 👍🏻 beautiful and well-maintained green grounds 👍🏻 a great beach with comfortable sun loungers 👍🏻 incredibly delicious food in the restaurant and amazing desserts 👍🏻 excellent service - unobtrusive, but always ready. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and ready to help, and the only problem (more on that below) was resolved quickly. A couple of downsides for us personally: 👎🏻 the lack of even minimal soundproofing of the windows - with the window closed the sound is the same as with it open - the entire evening show until 11:00 PM is right in your room, whether you want it or not 🙈 and we have a small child, and we didn't want it 🥲 but thanks to the staff - they moved us to the first available room of our category, but further from the stage 👎🏻 unclear service in the a la carte restaurant - a modest menu, a very long (almost an hour!) serving of dishes, while the main restaurant is much tastier, so after dinner we went back there for desserts 😁

Everyone at the front desk, except for Yasemin, was very kind, friendly, and warm. The food was good, the beach was nice, and everything was clean. However, Yasemin was so rude that she sent the English tourists off with flags, but told the Turkish tourists, ‘Come on, it’s 1 o’clock, time to leave.’ She was even disrespectful enough to warn us while we were eating. I gave one point less because of her. I hope she learns to treat Turkish citizens equally.

We were here last year and we had Booked a suite with a double balcony we enjoyed it so much we booked again for this year. We were given a suite with a tiny balcony as a wheelchair user it was not ideal for me the balcony could hardly fit 2 chairs on it. The first time we came we had a junior suite that was a lot bigger than this.The Service at reception was not a bit helpful. So i slated them here. I was contacted by the rep that there was not much at that time they could do straight away. 3 days later we were moved to the same room we had last year. Dont get me wrong we wanted a suite with a double balcony thinking that was what we had booked. So now a happy bunny we ended up with what was expected. They say there is a room selection u can ask for which we were not advised of till we got here. So i am now pleased to give them 5 stars all round if reception were a bit more helpful on 1st notification all this could have been resolved there and then. Thanks to the Tui rep for taking the time to step in and sort it 100% happy

I stayed at TUI Blue for two weeks with my 2-year-old, and it was by far one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve had in years.

The children’s pool was constantly occupied by adults on floats — staff ignored my complaints.

Restaurants never offered baby chairs unless I insisted, and there were no child-safe plates or glasses.

“Do Not Disturb” signs were ignored by housekeeping.

Front desk staff openly lied, broke promises, and never apologized.

Before arrival, I requested a quiet room in writing. Instead, we were placed directly next to a nightly concert stage where music blasted until after 11 PM. When I asked to move, I was first told to pay extra, then promised a quieter room — but shown another with the exact same noise problem. Promise broken, no apology.

Yes, the beach is clean and the grounds are green, but the service culture is unacceptable: no respect for guests, no accountability, and no willingness to solve problems. I will not return.

Truly 5-star experience at this hotel! Our family of 4 stayed for our last day and night in Turkey. The service was exceptional. Food was delicious - a variety of options for all 3 meals, from local Turkish cuisine to familiar and kid-friendly options. The spa was amazing and left us feeling refreshed. Grateful to all the staff. Highly recommend!

I had a great time during my one-week stay — the facilities were excellent, the food was delicious and in a high quality, and almost every staff member was extremely kind and respectful.

Unfortunately, there was one disappointing experience that I feel I need to mention. I asked one of the staff members in the stilling pool bar(I believe her name was Meryem though) for a tonic. However, I saw her pouring something from a bottle that looked like alcohol, so I politely asked if it contained alcohol. I thought that there would be some misunderstanding during the order and it could be happened and it’s not a problem. But Her answer was unclear, so I asked again just to be sure — but her reaction was unexpectedly rude and over the top. She showed her face with irritation.

She raised her voice and, with an irritated expression, said, “No, I didn’t!” I was shocked by her reaction. I had simply asked a question to avoid misunderstanding, and I did so politely. But instead of giving a clear and calm response, she reacted as if I had offended her. I still don’t understand why she responded so aggressively.

Even when another staff member came over to ask me what had happened, instead of staying calm or giving me space to explain, she kept staying behind, trying to defend herself, which made the situation even more uncomfortable for me.

It’s truly unfortunate because everything else during my stay was perfect — but that one moment really affected my overall experience. I wasn’t expecting excessive kindness, just basic politeness and respectful communication. I truly hope the staff is reminded that guests asking questions should be met with patience, not hostility.

Later, a manager came over to apologize on her behalf, which I appreciated. However, to be honest, I didn’t feel that she needed to be the one to apologize. The person who truly should have apologized was the staff member herself — but I don’t think she even realizes what she did wrong. In fact, she even asked me, “Why are you getting upset?” which made the situation worse. I had no choice but to raise my voice at that point, because I couldn’t believe she was turning the blame around like that.

It was truly an unforgettable — and not in a good way — experience. I find it very unfortunate, because I had thought this was such a wonderful hotel. But because of one staff member’s unprofessional behavior, my impression of the entire place changed.

+ I also told my husband and mother-in-law about the experience, and they mentioned that while the staff member wasn’t directly rude to them, she wasn’t particularly friendly either. They had also noticed her somewhat cold and distant attitude.

After all, each staff member represents the hotel and is part of the overall service experience. That’s why I believe the hotel should take responsibility and pay close attention to situations like this. Her attitude was something I would never expect from a five-star hotel — it was an unpleasant and unprofessional level of service that left a very negative impression.

Overall, our stay at TUI Blue Grand Azur was a great experience. The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the staff are generally very kind and helpful. The food was truly exceptional. Fresh, delicious, and with a lot of variety. We really enjoyed our time and felt well taken care of.

However, we did have one negative experience with the woman working at the beach bar. Both my boyfriend and I felt very unwelcome around her. When my family came to visit me at the hotel, her behavior made us all feel uncomfortable. As if we were being kicked out without reason. It was an unfortunate and unpleasant moment that stood out during an otherwise wonderful stay.

Aside from that, the hotel delivered on all fronts and I would still recommend it, but hope management ensures all guests feel equally welcomed at every corner of the property.

This hotel is simply amazing! We had the most relaxed vacation in years. Everything was taken care of, the food was fresh, skillfully prepared and constantly rotated, such that even after a full week we could discover new dishes! Service is amazing and staff is very attentive (we got asked 3 times by the manager how we enjoy our stay). Location is great and the private beach is awesome. We booked a bed on the jetty, which was the best choice. 

The a‘la carte restaurant is amazing, too!

The only room for improvement that we saw was the coffee (the fancy machine behind the bar was not being used properly) and the cocktails (cheaper local brands were used, international brands cost extra).

All in all we would definitely come back. We loved this place. And we usually don’t like all inclusive, so that says a lot!

A real price performance hotel. My wife and I were looking for a place to stay for a short time only. Both the cleanliness and the friendly service pleased us. Breakfast was similar to equivalent places. Do not hesitate for short stays.

Booking through Bucking. There was no problem with the settlement, we arrived at 10, settled at 11.
There is a pool, But we didn’t try to bathe there. They clean it every day. The hotel is not big, but cozy. The room had a new repair, the bathroom was tiled, clean and comfortable, without dirt and fungus, there is a hairdryer. Towel 5, clean new ones. If we want to change them. The room is not big, unlike the balcony. quietly, nicely, beautifully. Walk to the sea for 5 minutes, the beach is paid (purchase of 1 cocktail and chaise lounge with your umbrella)
The hosts are friendly, we liked it. The harvest was also on request. But I put 4 for breakfast. Although it was included in the price, But ... There are a lot, But the same thing every day. Kolbasa, eggs and sausages I could eat 1 day, then they stinked to me, Not very tasty. I recommend the hotel, there are no Russians 😂
