We've just returned from a wonderful week and I feel like I could happily stayed another. The hotel is beautifully kept and has a very calm welcoming atmosphere. My husband and I booked this trip to relax enjoy the sun and have some time together and it turned out to be exactly what we were hoping for..
Food was much better than I'd expected for an all inclusive. The staff are amazing.

The pool area was good. Some days we joined in with the activities. The entertainment team did a brilliant job keeping things fun without ever making it feel too loud or pushy. Harry, in particular, stood out for his energy and good humour.

Evening were just as enjoyable. The shows changed every night and had a mix of music, dancing and guest shows that kept the crowd laughing. We found ourselves staying out later than planned simply because the atmosphere was so good. The bar staff were lovely too, always smiling and quick to serve even when it got busy.

It was perfect mix of rest and fun. We came home feeling recharged and happy and we're already talking about coming back next year..

This hotel was exactly what you pay for. Not 5 star but a very good three and could go to 4 with some upgrading. The reviews I think are unfair as the food is plentiful wether you like to eat healthy or not there are a lot of options.the food is nice and definitely not disgusting as some have stated. Some of the sunbeds could definitely be replaced as not in great condition but still usable.most are close together but some aren't. There are plenty of safety matts around the pool so you can avoid slipping. Pool was cold as it was October but it didn't put anyone off.pool is cleaned and tested numerous times.outside area cleaned and hosed daily or more. All staff are courteous, friendly and helpful and work hard.bar runs like clockwork. Room is spacious and clean and cleaned daily. I find it very impossible that anyone would starve and you need to remember you aren't in the UK or Ireland and fruit juices and tea etc are goin to taste different. You aren't staying forever and I'm sure you won't die waiting a week to get back to your own foods and drink. You make the most of small changes and enjoy it ,bit unnecessary to be complaining so much. Would definitely come back as there is a chilled vibe and it's a great location .

I’m honestly very disappointed with my stay at the Grand Cettia Hotel. This is not a five-star hotel by any stretch of the imagination — I would rate it three stars at best. I had heard great things about Turkey and was really looking forward to my visit. Maybe I just stayed in the wrong area or chose the wrong hotel, because everyone I know who visited Antalya had wonderful experiences. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case for me in Marmaris or at this hotel. The photos online are completely outdated. The rooms are tired and poorly maintained, and the pool area is far too small for the number of guests. I stayed in October and it already felt crowded — I can’t imagine what it’s like during the peak summer holidays. The breakfast selection was disappointing, with very limited fruit and variety. Staff at the food stations weren’t very attentive — lids were often left open, allowing flies to gather and food to go cold. The breakfast drinks were poor too. Oddly, the bar drinks later in the day tasted much better, even though they came from the same machines. The food overall was not great, and aside from two staff members who were friendly and helpful, I found the service generally cold and unwelcoming. It often felt like everything you wanted to do came with an extra charge, which added to the frustration. I’d also advise anyone booking excursions through the rep to double-check for any hidden or additional costs — I was surprised by several charges that hadn’t been mentioned upfront. The one positive I can mention is On the Beach, who I booked through. Their service, timing, and transfers were all excellent — no complaints there at all. Overall, this stay was a real letdown and not a great reflection of Turkey as a destination. I’ll definitely visit Turkey again, but next time I’ll be staying in a different region — most likely Antalya — and I’ll be much more selective with hotel reviews before booking.

Me and my husband booked this hotel as it was suited for my 8 year old grand daughter, read the reviews thought yes great, well I am sorry but these people who wrote theses reviews must of not stayed in many 5 🌟 as this was more like a good 3. We are well travelled and been all over the world, I can’t believe how bad the food was, as some one who is healthy there was nothing for breakfast, bread was mainly white asked for brown one day they said no, I had to have a omelette as no decent fruit no melon at breakfast only in the evening’s, even the fruits were horrible it was all cheap food, it’s good for unhealthy people who eat junk all the time. Restaurants way to small and hardly any choice, after having my omelette I felt sick that day I was sick 7 times and spent the the day and night in my room, I was in so much pain, the next day I just had dry bread which was not suitable but was nothing else then next day had soup. Drinks are terrible i only drink herbal and water and fresh orange they were cheap and nasty even my grand daughter couldn’t drink them, she had to have frizzy all week which we don’t allow at home, she hardly had food as well. Let’s start on the pool well it’s way to small for the hotel not enough sun beds, we only got one on the last day in the sun, first 2 days had to sit on table and chairs, then in shade, where there was a bed, we didn’t bring enough towels as we never have to most hotels provide you towels not this 5 star. Also you have to pay for the safe in your room. On a good note the at night the entertainment was good, but is on way to late for kids 10.15. Didn’t find any of the staff overly friendly waiters or bar, usually staff chat to us but don’t think most of them Spoke English which is not great for holiday hotel. Booked a massage for me and hubby I had to cancel as was sick from the omelette I had eaten, also spoke to few others who were sick as well, we all think it was the eggs. Spar manager was lovely him and yunus let me change my appointment till I was feeling bit better, as a massage therapist my self my standards are very high and after reading other reviews became worried so told them what I wanted, and a hour and their good therapist as my hubby didn’t enjoy his that much, any way mine was nice not brilliant but she was firm enough, so big thanks to the spar staff. I found reception staff really nice and after my sickness let me speak to the a lady on my concerns. Didn’t find the jet 2 rep helpful at all waste of time. Rooms are in need of a refurbished, all the pictures on here and online are marketed very good as it does not look that good in real. Sorry won’t be coming back if you want 5 star you need 5 star plus in Turkey apparently I was told.

I was really looking forward to staying at the Grand Cettia Hotel in Marmaris, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations. The pool was far too small for the number of guests, it was always crowded, and it was difficult to find a space to relax. The food was another big letdown. Breakfast in particular was awful, with a very limited choice unless you’re into junk food. Nothing felt fresh or well-prepared, which was disappointing for a hotel that’s meant to be four stars. The entertainment was okay, which is what earned this place a second star, but even that started really late (around 10 pm), far too late for families with young children and only ever lasted about ten minutes. Overall, I’d say this is more of a 3-star hotel at best, and I wouldn’t rush back.

Where to start.. soon as we got to the room it stunk of fags because the cleaning staff smoked outside the fire exit so smelt like that everyday. The hinges on the doors in our room weren’t all the way in so I had to fix them. Two rusty screws hanging out the towel rail. The electrical sockets weren’t secure to the wall so could see the exposed wires behind them. Not a lot of food options for kids. The kitchen staff outside were rude when wanted to get pizza for the kids shouting 10 mins 10 mins then 5 mins later hed eventually start making them and would sometimes ration you because he couldn’t be bothered to make them quick enough. Glasses and plates not cleaned up quickly the day after so would have to move old plates before laying down. The poolside bar was never open during our stay. The alcohol if you can call it that would actual sober you up it was that weak. Spoke to multiple people while hear and all had the same opinion. Never coming back would barely call it a 2 star never mind a 4.

Very clean rooms, staff will do anything to help, food was ok we are picky eaters and always managed to find something. Entertainment was good most nights but is on until late. Sunbeds were fine, very limited space, but always managed to get the same spot. They are monitored and towels were being removed if not down by 11:30. First holiday where our little one was old enough for kids club and it was the best part for her, Lar and Amy made her feel so comfortable and she loved going, the ladies work so hard to keep the kids entertained and they’re both so lovely and since we’ve come home she’s talked about them both every day.

We travelled on the 3rd October, we are a couple in our mid 50’s, we only booked a week before going, and stayed for 6 nights. Upon arrival around 10.30pm, after the hour and half bus ride we were told we could grab some soup from the restaurant at midnight, we were shown to our room on the other side of the main building. We were on the sixth floor and the view was beautiful. I don’t understand how being all inclusive you then have to pay £15 for the safe for a week. We then went to get a drink from the bar and were told we had to pay as the all inclusive finished at 11pm. Bit naughty really after the long journey, it made sense though as when we checked in they said we could go out the hotel down the street for a drink. Breakfast was good, you have food in the restaurant and food outside being cooked. The restaurant is not very big, a lot of people eat outside, they need to set up some cutlery outside as people take them from the inside tables. The staff in the restaurant were lovely however there was little to no service of bringing you a drink, it was easier to get it yourself beforehand. Probably one of the only hotels I have been to in Turkey where the food was a lot of British dishes. We only returned from Turkey two weeks prior to this and the food here was amazing compared to that. The sun beds were very close together, there was no rush for a bed unless you wanted a certain position. Disappointed this was the first all inclusive I have been to where they don’t supply pool towels. The entertainment guys were all lovely, clearly loved there jobs, always chatty. Again never been all inclusive and had to pay to join in with entertainment games. We had one full day of rain, you can buy a tv package which we did, brilliant if you have kids, all basic uk channels. My partner was full of cold so we walked to the chemist and I fell flat on my back at the bottom of the entrance to the hotel on the cobbled road, I have no idea how I managed to not end up in hospital. We both had a Turkish bath at the hotel, it was very good not sure it was worth £25 each. I used the gym, very basic with no air con. We had 5 lovely days of weather around mid 20’s. The swimming pool was freezing, but the kids loved it along with the slides. Outside the hotel are a few shops, we didn’t get to go to the beach so can’t comment. A tip take English pounds, they are more interested in English money than euros. Overall a nice hotel, with good food, just a few tweaks that would make a huge difference.
