A lovely stay with some real plus points. The location is stunning as hoped. Ìçemer is a beautiful bay and much more serene than neighbouring Marmaris. Lovely greeting at the door of the hotel by the conceirge who also guided us to our room, reception staff slightly cooler though this is often the case. Beautiful lobby. The room was nice and comfortable, we were dissappointed by the outlook though we accepted we had booked a side sea view and that was our lot. By far the 2 stand out pluses of this hotel were firstly the cocktail bar where lovely Memet the talented cocktail artist and Sevim both really made our stay memorable with their friendliness. The cocktails are all made using branded spirits and the hotel cocktail menu is a creative one. The roller skating barman is also impressive! Secondly the hotel spa headed by Danny. Both myself and my partner had their bronze package and mine was tailored to my requirements. These represented incredible value for money as part of which we both had a full body massage with 3 other treatments for only £70 each. The only significant dissappointment was possibly the restaurant. I always manage quite well as I love seafood and a mediterranean diet however I felt my partner didn't fair so well as he has a larger appetite and the meat options available were not great. One of my biggest gripes was the service of drinks. Waiters stand by stations with water and wine but they seem to excel in inefficiency. There is a small bar but again inefficient. It is strange because it is so at odds with the generosity of the service on the cocktail bar. We did book the Al a carte one evening which is included once and recieved very attentive personal service. The resort is very clean and well kept. New to Turkey as we usually go to the canaries at this time of year (October) we did find the resort lacking in atmosphere as there was very much an end of the season vibe which felt a little disappointing. The entertainment was good from what we briefly saw, we mainly kept to the lobby and cocktail bar where some talented musicians played the guitar and piano and one evening an opera singer.

A week ago, we come back from holiday staying in Marti La Perla adults only 4star hotel. Space for chill out area , professionally equipped gym with best view in the resort, very short distance to the beach, afternoon and evening entertainment offers very high quality; flute and piano duo, The Drifters Tribute, and others created time to remember. Guest relation member Melissa was very attentive, helpful and professional . We also enjoyed food which was colourful, very tasty and plenty to choose from. Highly recommended, specially in September and October. See you next year! Slavek M

On 20 August 2025, my husband, daughter, and I found ourselves stranded after a nearby hotel (Arbatt Hotel) dishonoured our booking during peak season. We walked into Marti Resort feeling distressed, and were warmly welcomed by Mr. Ahmet Aydin, the Front Desk Manager. Mr. Aydin showed exceptional compassion and professionalism, going out of his way to assist us. He kindly arranged the last two available rooms, which were originally being held, and in doing so, helped us out of a very difficult situation. Thanks to his understanding and care, what began as a stressful and upsetting experience turned into a positive and memorable one. The service we received at Marti Resort was outstanding, and we are deeply grateful to Mr. Aydin and the team. Just home and must say was pleasantly surprised! When I booked rating was 4.7 then day before I left reviews were negative- Dampened my buzz to get there so I don’t want this to happen to anyone else ~ In my personal opinion it was almost faultless ~ Drinks were great for all inclusive ~ Real cocktails and were fab even Prosecco cocktails, wine is nice sometimes white needs some ice ( my only gripe ) Boy in Lobby bar was more than helpful and would make you whatever you want .: forgot his name but the Handsome one ! Food compared to other local hotels is far less geared towards Turkish and more European ~ seafood was sensational ~ pool bar food was great especially cheese burgers ~ yes breakfast eggs mainly for us but omelette made to order and view at outside dining was incredible, never a shortage of seats we ate with a view every meal ~ drinks are Not table service in the main dining room you pick up your own at the food area but if you ask they will serve your table : I paid for a sea view and what a view it was ! Sadly we were 5 up and I don’t like that and they happily moved us to a pool ground floor. Was it a tad dark yes but worth it. Cleaned every day and our bed was changed once and we were only there a week which was great.: Room was massive and I thought lovely with a big terrace outside : No sun bed wars ever ! Loungers available all day same with beach which was beautiful! Lovely shower etc available in Spa for after checkout and you can still use all facilities! Grounds and many lounging seating areas are absolutely beautiful! Shall definitely be back can not fault a thing was the best hotel for us in Turkey so far and that’s our 5 th time to Turkey ~ excellent location too ! And mind book the free Turkish a la cart for free ~

Came back today 22nd September. We only went for a week and we were not disappointed this hotel is stunning , it is absolutely spotless the pool and gardens are beautiful always sunbeds available so no need to rise to early alcoholic drinks were very good food was lovely always different choices available staff work very hard this hotel is a absolute gem in icmeler I am going back in april don't read to much into bad reviews I couldn't find a bad thing in this hotel Thankyou marti resort see you all in april and thankyou for a wonderful holiday

Our fifth stay in Turkey, and by far the nicest resort area, we have stayed in. Icemeler is great, nice relaxed pace, but lively night entertainment, bars, and resteraunts within 10 a minute walk of the hotel if you want it. The hotel is rated a 5 star, I would honestly say it's a european 3 star plus. The location and beach is 4 star. The accomadation is dated as is the hotel. It's hey days were clearly in the 70s'80's. when celebrities stayed here, including visits from the Turkish President. The staff looked feed up and could not wait for the season to be over. The food was very Eastern European, and Turkish, which reflects the majority of those who stay there. A new hotel manager and team have arrived, and you can see they are trying to improve the standards of cleaning, making up your rooms etc. The entertainment team work very hard, as do the bar staff. At times it felt like the bar needed more support, during the busy periods. The security team were great, and very visable Would I stay at this hotel again, no. I would only return following some much needed investment across the board. I will miss the best cocktail ever from the beach bar, called "No Name Cocktail" made by a beautiful Turkish barmaid. It won't disappoint.

Definitely not five star place: Furniture old and run down, flies all over the restaurant and sticking on the food. Difficult to communicate with staff and waiters as they don’t speak any other languages except Turkish. We paid for a sea view room which we didn’t get. No beach service at all even for old guests. Nearly similar variety of food every day. Pool bar don’t know anything about making cocktails and serving awful cocktails.

All in all this place is pretty poor. First impressions were good, beautiful location and the reception area was nice and had a Turkish feel to it which was great. The pool area is pretty good. That’s as far as the positives go. The residential area was shocking, the carpets along the corridors were an absolute disgrace, not a major deal, but it does demonstrate the lack of respect these people have for their customers and does set the tone for a lot of other things. The pool toilets get mopped every 5 days, they absolutely stink. There was excrement on the floor for 5 days that just dried into the tiles eventually. You have to pay to use the pool tables. Food selection was poor and even then they kept running out of it. I agree with other recent reviews in that this place doesn’t seem to want to cater for anyone except the Turks. We ended up eating out more which is disappointing given we paid for all inclusive. I would have to look at Jet2 and TUI who rate these resorts and allow such poor standards/experiences. It was not a cheap holidays and unfortunately did not live up to any expectations. This was our 2nd time in Turkey, the previous trip being one of our best ever holidays. Pitty this didn’t come close. I would recommend you look somewhere else.

There is literally no way that I can fault this incredible hotel. The hotel itself is breath-taking! At every turn the view of the building, the grounds, and the surrounding terrain is simply perfection. We travelled as a family with older children (aged 18 and 19), but saw many other families with younger children looking very happy. The hotel staff are exemplary - from the attentive welcome at reception, through to the staff waiting on tables throughout the day (who will very quickly come to know exactly what you need before you even ask), kitchen staff and chefs (who prepare exceptional and varied cuisine each and every day), to bar staff (who delighted us with so many wonderful cocktails) and the entertainment team (who go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is having a wonderful time) - not to mention the many people who tend to the hotel and grounds throughout each night and day, who clearly have immense love and passion for their work - such as the gardeners, cleaners and pool cleaners. Every member of the team at Marti Hotel resort have only one desire, and that is to ensure that you are as happy as possible throughout your stay. They anticipate your needs before you even know them, without being in any way overbearing. This I believe to be the most compelling quality of a 5* hotel - and a skill which can only be accomplished from many many years of experience and dedicated support from management. Every aspect of this hotel is 5* - it is paradise on earth.
