I had a wonderful stay at İnan Kardeşler Hotel in Uzungöl. The hotel is perfectly located just a short walk from the lake, surrounded by beautiful nature and peaceful scenery. My room was cozy, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
What really stood out to me was the hospitality – the staff were always kind, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. They were happy to assist with any questions and gave great recommendations for exploring the area.
The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh local options that gave me the perfect start to my day. I also enjoyed the restaurant’s traditional dishes, which were full of flavor and made with care.

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The cleanliness was unacceptable – the bed sheets had visible spots, and the towels were stained. The bathroom had maintenance issues that I reported three times, yet no one bothered to fix them during my entire stay.
The staff’s attitude made things worse. They were rude and unhelpful. During breakfast, which was served late every day, instead of apologizing for the delay, a staff member placed chairs at the entrance and stood there looking visibly upset, making guests feel unwelcome.
Overall, poor cleanliness, lack of service, and unprofessional staff ruined what should have been a simple, pleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

One of the Best Hotels in Uzungöl
This is one of the nicest hotels located in Uzungöl. It’s very close to the lake, which makes the location perfect.
In general, hotels in rural areas don’t offer high-end services, but this hotel exceeded expectations by providing everything needed:
• Cleaning service upon request
• An on-site restaurant
• A well-known coffee shop
• Located in an active and lively area
If I visit Uzungöl again, I would definitely stay here again.

"Lovely hotel in Uzungöl! The location is perfect—close to everything—and the design is unique and charming. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of variety. The staff were super kind and helpful. A very pleasant stay—I definitely recommend it!"

We stayed in this hotel for about three nights. Looking at the reviews and suggestions of tour company, we thought it would be worth the money. However, after few horrible experiences, it wouldn’t be wrong to say that it’s not the best choice. We literally found a mice moving around in our room. Upon informing the reception, staff were laughing on hearing this. Following which we were transferred to another room, and were offered no assistance in moving our luggage. As the night approached, we realised that there’s no cover on the ceiling window. We informed the staff, and we were straight away told it can’t be fixed, you will have to sleep like that. Poor customer service. Please look for other options in the area.

Very nice hotel, extremely clean and good service (hotel staff also understand Arabic and English). The view from the hotel is very nice and even the hotel itself has a gorgeous garden. Good facilities as well, I would recommend.

We had a great time in this hotel, I booked for two nights in a beautiful cottage comfortable with a nice garden, the food was delicious, the staff was great especially Mr ENES DEMIRBAS was very helpful, Mr MURTEZA , and Ms NURTEN , they really made us feel like home.

An agreement was made with brother Bahaa and the reservation of an upper apartment and a ground apartment, and when we came, we were forced to rent two apartments on the ground floor that overlooked the remains of a restaurant and when the windows were opened, mosquitoes entered the cleaning service, although we paid the full rent a month before arrival

The rooms are very beautiful, I felt like a princess there.! The view and balcony are also great. Common lobby & cafe areas are very comfortable too. Lots of beautiful decorations and paintings which show the owner's artistic taste and attention to details. Price is cheaper than other hotels. Overall a great place. I love it!
