I had an unforgettable stay at Kaçkar Hotel & Resort in Ayder. My family and I came all the way from Canada, and this place exceeded all our expectations. The location is simply breathtaking — nestled in the lush mountains with incredible views and fresh air all around. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with local charm.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and cozy with balconies that offered stunning panoramic views. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of fresh local products — a true taste of the region.

What stood out most was the peaceful atmosphere and the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Whether you're looking to relax, hike, or explore the area, this resort is the perfect base.

Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Black Sea region — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Husband and I were on a Black Sea tour and we stayed here for two nights. The staff are friendly and the room decent. There was a coffee bar in the room. The bathroom was fine. The bed was comfortable. The food was very good. No complaints! View from our balcony was beautiful.

Not great first impressions. Room allocated the electricity did not work. Changed room fridge door fell off and 2 kettles tried did not work. Internet week. Staff appear uninterested. Food average and expensive. Nice location though

Very beautiful place this resort is beautiful the location the service room so clean with 24 hour hot water and beautiful views with snow on the mountain top and ppl so respectful which make me like this place moRe ❤️👍

Bad service. We called for them to change the sheets because they were absolutely filled with dust and dirt from previous visitors, They were very late and we waited 3 hours for them to come change the sheets. The place is filled with bugs and the water is full on WHITE and my skin got worse when i tried to do wudu or even wash my face, I felt so dirty i couldn't even shower in that hotel.
