Not the best hotel. Noisy, dirty. I don't recommend staying there.

I have not tried the spa. The rooms are not sound proof so you can be woken up in the middle of the night. I gave service 2 because staff are laid back. This was the first hotel i ever stayed in where i had to ask for my roon to be cleaed.

Strange?!? The hotel front desk controls the AC IN YOUR ROOM. Staff are limited in communication, they only speak native language.

This was a very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious. Buffet at the restaurant was good. There was a snack hour with food and cay. They have wonderful pools and spas. I stayed in this hotel with my sisters during Eid Al-Fitr. The hotel is surrounded by forest, so it was a refreshing experience away from polluted city air. It’s one of the best located hotels/resorts I’ve visited; really amazing atmosphere and the views are simply beautiful. Though, the rooms are not up to high standards, especially the bathroom is very small and not much space in the corner suite though. I’d definitely recommend it for quietness and relaxing atmosphere!

This is a decent hotel for a short stay. The rooms are spacious. I think my room could’ve been scrubbed down/cleaned a bit more, however. At the time of my stay, the wifi was not working so I had to rely on my mobile internet. Not sure about location as I arrived late and left early. Closing the windows kept my room quiet. The room was spacious Large shower with both rain & handheld shower options. Double windows. AC . A good hotel with clean common areas and rooms. They could improve it though. I didn't like their breakfast but the dinner was generally good. It has a place with very pleasant live music. The distance to the city center was about 20 minutes.

The view, the mountain air, the quiet, the calm. Everything is at your fingertips. Breakfast and dinner are absolutely delicious, and the five o'clock tea and treats are a plus. A place where you can relax without getting tired. The staff is very polite. The thermal pools and sauna are sufficient. I recommend it.

The sauna and spa are not bad, but unfortunately they are very poor in terms of general cleanliness, food quality and room maintenance. An experience I cannot recommend. By the way, the spa is used separately for men and women. We came without knowing this. Finally, let me say that the location is beautiful and the view is also good.

Stayed for 7 nights at this lovely place. Narven is on the hill and it has a very pleasant view. The staff are polite and they try to give you the best service as they believe and are taught. This is a thermal town with lots of facilities for dining, shopping, hanging around in nature. As family, we stayed in one of the villas, we all loved it, spacious with fire place, private garden, thermal pool etc but the thermal pool should have cold water running because the thermal water is too hot, we had to wait for hours. The check-in process was fast but they asked for the payment right away...

I stayed at the Bolu Hampton by Hilton during my vacation with my wife. When I got to the room, there was a sofa bed, also known as a double bed, lying open. There was no room to walk. When I called the receptionist and explained the situation, he rudely said it wouldn't bother us. No fine details were considered in cleaning, no diet sugar for diabetics, we requested room cleaning but the cleaning was done half-assed, missing items were not completed (soap), we could not connect to the Wi-Fi in the room because the reception did not enter the room number into the system.

The location is close to the highway and shopping mall, the cleanliness is very good, and the breakfast is superb, but they need to change the room freshener they spray in the hotel corridor; it has a very bad smell.

The choice of transition between Kappa and Istanbul is neither good nor bad. The breakfast is ok, at least it is hot to eat, but the cardboard box in the room is empty.

I loved this place. It's unique and the baths in each room were incredible. Staff didn't speak English but we worked through the language barrier. Definitely worth a night or two visit.

We traveled with two families; one stayed in a four-person room, the other in a two-person room. Above all, the staff and owners, especially Mr. Omer, were very attentive. The rooms were clean. It's a place we'd consider returning to and staying in again.
