The facility’s architecture, which blends well with the natural surroundings, and the peaceful atmosphere it offers were truly relaxing. The pools were generally clean, and the thermal facilities were sufficient, although some areas were not functioning efficiently. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay at Narven Thermal Town.

I am disappointed, i have paid so much money but still they want money for everything, i thought they are gonna request money for breathing. If it would be free, i still wouldn't stay, that's really awful. We couldnt even sleep because of the construction noise .The rooms have not got air conditioning. Dont come ever but especially in the summer. The locks are not working on the pool and even Toilets's locks are not working!!!!, they don't even have water service, I would like to drink other drinks but WATER ???? And they say its forbidden to bring any drink or food. Haha

Stayed for 7 nights at this lovely place. Narven is on the hill and it has a very pleasant view. The staff are polite and they try to give you the best service as they believe and are taught. The holiday that I had this year was one of my best ones. The cleanliness of the room and environment was excellent.The management of the place is there for you you to help as well as the staff. I definitely recommend everyone who wants to have a best holiday.

It's a complex with flat ownership for a week a year and regular hotel service. A run down complex. Several infrastructure broken and when you call for service they never turn up. The Spa part is too small for the amount of visitors. The infrastructure can take a good makeover. Several items broken, towel service below standard. The guests don't have an understanding for clean and relaxing Spa atmosphere. The checkin and checkout very slow. Surprisingly the food was with plenty of choices, the dinner varied in the evenings. Not high class cooking but some good tasty stuff. Location, out of nowhere. Positiv side it was quiet.

This is a thermal town with lots of facilities for dining, shopping, hanging around in nature.
As family, we stayed in one of the villas, we all loved it, spacious with fire place, private garden, thermal pool etc but the thermal pool should have cold water running because the thermal water is too hot, we had to wait for hours.
The check-in process was fast but they asked for the payment right away, which was annoying even though I gave my credit card and even made a prepayment. The hotel management should trust its guests. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and we wish to get back to this gem very soon. Well done !
