I stayed at the Bolu Hampton by Hilton during my vacation with my wife. When I got to the room, there was a sofa bed, also known as a double bed, lying open. There was no room to walk. When I called the receptionist and explained the situation, he rudely said it wouldn't bother us. When I explained that it was uncomfortable and asked for it to be fixed, he said I could close it by lifting the bed from...

No fine details were considered in cleaning, no diet sugar for diabetics, we requested room cleaning but the cleaning was done half-assed, missing items were not completed (soap), we could not connect to the Wi-Fi in the room because the reception did not enter the room number into the system.

The location is close to the highway and shopping mall, the cleanliness is very good, and the breakfast is superb, but they need to change the room freshener they spray in the hotel corridor; it has a very bad smell.

Great stay at the hotel and the staff are trying to make you happy.

The choice of transition between Kappa and Istanbul is neither good nor bad. The breakfast is ok, at least it is hot to eat, but the cardboard box in the room is empty.

Is it free for children to stay with their parents?

Overnight stop on way to Istanbul. We reached at midnight all the staff welcomed and helped us pulling luggage to our 4 rooms. Breakfast was nice and all the experience was good

It’s one of the best located hotels/resorts I’ve visited; really amazing atmosphere and the views are simply beautiful. Though, the rooms are not up to high standards, especially the bathroom is very small and not much space in the corner suite though. I have not tried the spa. The rooms are not sound proof so you can be woken up in the middle of the night. I gave service 2 because staff are laid back. This was the first hotel i ever stayed in where i had to ask for my roon to be cleaed.

The view, the mountain air, the quiet, the calm. Everything is at your fingertips. Breakfast and dinner are absolutely delicious, and the five o'clock tea and treats are a plus. A place where you can relax without getting tired. The staff is very polite. The thermal pools and sauna are sufficient. I recommend it.

The sauna and spa are not bad, but unfortunately they are very poor in terms of general cleanliness, food quality and room maintenance. An experience I cannot recommend. The accommodation is located right next to the road. It’s perfect for a one-night stay or for travelers passing through. Unfortunately, the hotel hasn’t been renovated since the 2000s. The room has a strong smell of smoke, and the bathroom is quite worn. Fortunately, it is clean.

This is the worst hotel I have stayed in Türkiye! When I entered the room, there were cigarette butts and used coffee cups everywhere. There was a musty smell in the room! Not to mention breakfast!

I don't really want to say anything negative, because the man in charge is so nice. It's basic - what you get for the price. The only real complaint is the breakfast. Below even the minimum standard. Nescafe instead of real coffee, a few cheeses and olives, those horrible fake spam things - and the bread was stale. Basically, don't bother with the breakfast.

Its the best place to live in Bolu we checked the oder hotels but they were very dirty and small but this hotel has decent space and neat and clean rooms and bathroom I would recommend everybody to stay there

In terms of price performance, you can stay at a reasonable price, the staff is friendly and you can buy tea and coffee all the time. On the negative side, I could not sleep very comfortably because I smelled the smell of the guests who stayed at the hotel before in the permanent materials on the beds. A cosy, simple and wonderful household to make part of in a well hidden place of Abant. Delicious breakfast of self-produced local food and very helpful owners. The simplicity of the hotel makes you focus on the beauty of Abant's natural surrounding. We will definetly try to visit this place again when we return in future for longer than 1 day!

This is a thermal town with lots of facilities for dining, shopping, hanging around in nature. As family, we stayed in one of the villas, we all loved it, spacious with fire place, private garden, thermal pool etc but the thermal pool should have cold water running because the thermal water is too hot, we had to wait for hours. We stayed in this delightful hotel in September 2022, for a very short stopover coming from Cappadocia. The booking was made without too many demands by the hotel since it was just a short pit stop, but it turned out to be a welcome surprise given that the hotel has large and well-equipped apartments. I stayed in a historical mansion with a single balcony room on 13.08.2024. The authentic atmosphere was generally nice. The cleanliness was good. The refrigerator in the room was not working. We requested a change but did not get any results. Other than that, the breakfast was not bad. I can recommend it.

Even though I booked the room here, it was dropped from experia. The room in the picture was very different from the actual room. It was very cramped and uncomfortable. It would be nice if you could choose the right room, but you never know which room you're choosing or what you're getting.
