Odalarımız temiz ama eşyalar biraz eskiydi otelin biraz bakıma ihtiyacı var... Havuzlar yeterliydi yemekleri çeşitliydi ancak bazı saatlerde o kadar kalabalık ve yoğunluk oluyor ki masa yetmiyor.... Personelden bir şey istediğimizi de hemen ilgilendiler... Genel olarak mennu ayrıldık

The view, the mountain air, the quiet, the calm. Everything is at your fingertips. Breakfast and dinner are absolutely delicious, and the five o'clock tea and treats are a plus. A place where you can relax without getting tired. The staff is very polite. The thermal pools and sauna are sufficient. I recommend it.

The sauna and spa are not bad, but unfortunately they are very poor in terms of general cleanliness, food quality and room maintenance. An experience I cannot recommend. By the way, the spa is used separately for men and women. We came without knowing this. Finally, let me say that the location is beautiful and the view is also good.

It's a nice recreational facility, but that's just it. The food is bad, the rooms are old, there is no maintenance. Do not expect friendly service from anyone in the cafe except Ekrem, they seem to be saying "don't ask me anything because I am exhausted". The best part is that you can sleep and wake up among the sounds of lush green birds. There may be some problems during crowded periods because there is not enough space.

First of all, the food was terrible, we had the same food for two nights and I think it had preservatives. I had a terrible 2 nights due to stomach ache due to food. I had to end my 3-day stay in 2 days and unfortunately the remaining fee was not refunded. The breakfast and dinner menus were also terrible. The bath stones were cold and I had to lie on that cold stone and have a foam scrub. I will never go again and do not recommend it.

I went there for the first time, for 2 nights and 3 days. The room cleaning, especially the sink cleaning, was superficial, it was not hygienic at all, the food was tasteless, most of it was cold and spicy, they added spice to every meal, even french fries. No one thought about the children, we were starving as a family during this period, we ate from outside.

Gayet temiz güzel bir termal otel yemekler açık büfe çeşit çok hizmet iyi . herkese tavsiye ederiz . Hafta sonu için gitmiştik odamız gayet büyük ve temiz di banyoda jakusi vardı gayet iyiydi havuz ve Hamam sauna herşey dahil.
