We're still here on our final day of a wonderful 3-day stay. It's unique, brilliantly designed property that features numerous animals such as deer and geese, not to mention a few charismatic cats that enjoy interacting with guests. It's a quiet piece of land on the hills above Bolu. Kids seem very much at home here as well; apparently there are numerous activities for them. The dining options are also great, and the staff are all dignified and polite. I almost forgot to mention the spa and massage options. Overall, this is my favorite hotel in I don't know how many years.

The owner of this hotel is the owner of Grand Kartal Hotel which 78 people burned in as well. No fire protection and unprofessional management. This hotel stole the forest ground to extend the hotel area. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO DIE!!!

This hotel belongs to the person whose hotel has burnt down to ashes killing at 80 people in Turkey. There wasn't even a smoke or fire alarm. I wouldn't go to his hotels. You can google it typing "Bolu Kartal Hotel Fire" if you are not sure. I hope he will be sent to prison.

The owners of the hotel killed their 79 guests, 36 of which were kids, in a terrible fire at Grand Kartal Hotel in Bolu Turkey. You read it right: Death due to fire in 2025 Check out if they have any precautions to avoid such a tragedy in Gazelle or much better find somewhere else.

Bu üzücü olayda ihmallerin olup olmadığını yargı belirleyecektir. Otellerinde yangına karşı yeterli önlemlerin alınıp alınmadığı, diğer otellerinin de benzer durumda olup olmadığını sorgulamak gerekmektedir. Güvenliğinizi düşünerek tercihlerinizi gözden geçirmenizi öneririm. Is Gazelle Resort & Spa, another hotel owned by Halit Ergül and Emine Ergül, the same owners of Grand Kartal Kartalkaya Hotel where 66 people lost their lives, safe enough? The judiciary will determine whether there was any negligence in this tragic event. It is necessary to question whether adequate fire precautions were taken at their hotels, and whether other hotels they own are in similar condition. I recommend reviewing your choices for the sake of your safety.

This was a very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious. Buffet at the restaurant was good. There was a snack hour with food and cay. They have wonderful pools and spas. I must highlight this aspect of the hotel. There are several outside pools. A child’s pool with three water slides. There is an adult only pool section. There is also an outside pool that connects inside through a small entry way you can swim through. There were also countless saunas of varying temperatures, as well of other relaxing rooms. For example there is a room with heated stone seats, an ice room, a cold plunge bath, a “adventure room” where you walk through a tunnel with water spraying in all directions. There are also indoor children’s pools and “only women” pools. It was a very nice stay.

I'm a regular guest of Gazelle, I used to come from time to time to enjoy the spa,
I brought guests along with me, they were so excited to try the amities after sharing my experience in this place with them, but Unfortunately the manger didn't allow us to enter for no clear reason, which ruined our planned and made me change my mide about how lovely the place was,
My comment to the manger is to know the guest well before taking such a descion,

We came from dubai to enjoy gazelle spa and the manager did not allow us to enter ,
Saying we are not hotel guests.
