The staff was very helpful and kind in spite of the language barrier. Breakfast was good and fulfilling. There’s no a lot of dining options in the area but it is not too far to drive to find lots of other options. Room was spacious. It would be great if they had an iron and ironing board for guests to use.

Samsun Mes Hotel & Spa not only met the expectations but exceeded
110%. No Covid excuses to limit services or amenities, just
1st class of everything that left you feeling great that you chose this hotel to stay.
Yes the amenities were outstanding , bathroom had everything you could ask for, shower was excellent , the beds more then comfortable.
Breakfast is included and is outstanding well beyond anyones expectations.
Then here is the best part all the staff and especially Mr. Mertçan were magnificent, friendly and made me feel as if I was staying with my family
( the ones I like)
If you are in Samsun don’t even think about another hotel, nothing else comes close.

Good stop , clean hotel , friendly staff , good breakfast

We arrived late and the staff were really friendly and accommodating. We traveled by bikes and were pleased that there was space to park them, with security cameras.

Overall the hotel is poor and old. Located near storage industrial area opposite to cemetry. Food served was bad. The room was not bad with poor amenities. The sockets in the room were exposed near wash basin. Old & dirty towels. About 10mints to the center.
